Maki yoko, to the best of my knowledge is true. If you click on her profile and see her picture it becomes VERY possible. I was freaked out by it as well, but it kind of makes sense that she turns into "her own woman" for the crucialness of reproduction / love, don't you think? I did three things, I looked all over the internet in English and in Japanese for the character list, and no one had any extra character. I looked up pictures of all the character and I was NOT very familiar with any of the female characters so they were all new to me. and I finally found the same person and went to their profile and MY stars it was like seeing three or four different people. She could easily be a master of disguises. which for an actress is like the BEST miracle right? And i read some forums. so as far as I can tell, they are the same person. I would not argue if any one found out different because, like I said, I am not too familiar with these female leads. OR there is another actress of the same name and people get them mixed up all the time, or ignore it if the name appears twice in the cast list :) totally possible I guess.
which of the two should I watch first, the drama or the anime?
watch em as stand alones or prepare to get broken hearted. Taiwans Honey and clover was pretty close to the anime but still took liberties.. grrr but it was the BEST i have seen to date of following along with the anime.
Ok it was a great teacher drama... i was like cool, thats always nice or a pick me and i jumped into this drama. well about halfway thru, at like 4 am, i figure out it is the ORIGINAL of all school dramas from like 1998. I was amazed that it could have been mistaken for one from 2006 and up. WOO. I loved it too. Corny as all get out, a lot of crazy stuff going on in the background with porn.. very weird but overall a NICE drama. from 1998?? I was totally freaking out. Sorimachi Takashi in GOld made me look for his other dramas. I usually skip anything older than 2003. MAN I am so glad I did not notice that date, and TADA I have learned not to judge a drama by its date :) jhhahahahahaha
Well, fairy tales have been beloved and around for millennia.. I think there is a reason for that. Too much of anything is bad for you.. this is also a truth.

I did drop it too, but I came back HAHAHA. Ok i have to say the story.. I really REALLY want to know about this story. the lil cuties running around are not causing me any eye pains. I really feel for both those boys. The level of acting is fine for the lil babies that they are. If this is how good hongbin is on his second drama I think he has no worries. I just hope we keep perspective that idol actors do the dramas ON TOP of all their other stuff. the man might be just seriously exhausted some days. I say some days be cause he has really nailed a good few scenes so far.

It would be a good time to watch this drama called What's Up http://mydramalist.com/1699-whats-up because it seems to match your profile. It is moving, but has tons of cuties in it, and has a great hero saving story. VERY nice under rated drama there.
I'm fine with Yamazaki Kento in general, but I find it strange that he's suddenly cast in every other shoujo manga…
Matsuyama pulled most of them off beautifully hahaha I have the L tee shirt!!!! I nicknamed him panda man because of his dark circles and that led me to Usagi drop and all sorts of fun places.
I really loved this anime. I just hope they do it justice. ( I know that's what we always say.. hahahha) I loved the visuals in the Black Butler movie, and I knew going in that a movie is too short to contain the story, but this one was rather slow paced, and I think if they are careful they might just pull it off!!
Ok on episode 6 so far, this drama is seriously the bomb. I was thinking oh, its going to be some wild Japanese insanity ( you know how fun their dramas are) genes stuff, or, after the first episode some take down the boss, but it turns out to be mind blowing. HIGHLY recommended. it is probably the only drama i have seen since Nirvana in Fire this good. Although, it IS a Japanese drama and there are four episodes left. *bites fingernails*
Prolly also needs a disclaimer of adults only. It is NOT for kids. well kids can see it, its just that most kids won't get it.
