Im at ep20 and this is so frustrating. First their subs suck. Then the ML loses everything in the span of 1 episode! And the FL is so gullible like she just sees the orchestrated hugging scene and didnt even ask if the MLs okay, just jump to all the wrong conclusions and decide to break up, obvi the ML doesnt look well, but no she just cares about herself. Everything's falling apart and it just doesnt make sense how fast it is, like what about laws and just fking common sense. i know in cdrama land one shd be prepared to suspend disbelief but this is ridiculous and frustrating, the writers must really think so low of their viewers.

My take on who should rule the world. First, not HC. Though it seems that the story is progressing towards that and the novel says it'll be him, I don't like him, he's too ambitious and cunning. I hope it's Lanxi. One might argue that he and BFX need to be roaming, but he wanted to be heir and will be king so you can't be king and roam, and if he's going to be king anyway, why not emperor? Also, there's still the fact that the dead emperor has a son and heir, so the line lives, isn't bloodline important? why can't he be emperor? he might turn out to be a capable emperor, if the vassal states would just cease trying to grab power and just live in peace.
