Frankly I expected as much was just laughing at some point. This episode after the kidnapping is my least favorite

While I was watching I was going through so many emotions I thought I would be able to share them here afterwards.
After watching my words seem inadequate. A drama so good I am speechless.

Question: What will the final arc be about? Of course I expect motherhood but any court politics left unaddressed?

History is recorded by men aka the very same men that surpresses women. This show was meant to show the other side of what we keep forgetting. While history glorifies all the great 'men' there too were great women. Even if this is fantasy get over it.

Watching him fall in love with his wife over and over again is amusing

At this point I expect a grand reveal of her identity even if the book took it lightly with all the trauma they are giving her.
And LJQ disappointed tsk tsk tsk.

The way I see it as well, her life was turned upside down. At her lowest she was reminded of that broken engagement. Then when her new life was finally at the pinnacle it was robbed from under her feet only for her to start again and struggle against this new current

It was less about identity but possession.

That parallel between the zheng and shen family. Would you have respected a patriarch that changed his stance when the outcome would have been the same. And gosh the mother, what a world of difference

Episode 25 was a masterpiece for me. As much as I am in the male lead's team that was still a punch in the gut for everyone involved
