Really entertaining! Not too heavy, not too serious, not too makjang, not too realistic, but interesting, easy-going and funny enough, with good chemistry between the main leads.
Finally, a genuine romance drama with real people, realistic dialogues and every-day-life situations and a straightforward and intense love story with none of the typical 'accidental' and awkward clichés! Every aspect of this drama is top-notch (acting, music, cinematography, directing and editing) even in the little details, resulting in one of the most heartthrob, sizzling couples of this year.
Beautiful scenery and cinematography, so vivid that you could smell and taste everything... Natural acting from all three young actors, just a simple but so relaxing story.
Kudos on your article's theme and your list of actors ! :) The first crying scene that came to my mind is the last minute from the film 'Innocent Thing' with Jang Hyuk! Although the film is not everyone's taste, that one scene is a must see: it feels that he isn't acting, but living it for real... Of course I totally agree with you that 'Park Bo Gum is arguably one of the best crying actors out there'. [is the scene you added from 'Love in the Moonlight' or from 'Hello Monster'?] Some additions of mine would be: Lee Dong Gun in 'Queen for Seven Days', Yoo Ah In in 'The Throne', Kim Soo Hyun in 'Moon that Embraces the Sun', and Yoo Seung Ho, even from his child-acting times...
Excellent performances from all the cast members, especially from Kim Hyun Joo (hands down, she was simply amazing!), Ji Jin Hee (even though his character was childish and bickering most of the times, his acting was always on point), Gong Hyung Jin (one of the most decent evil characters), Na Young Hee (so effortless acting), and Lee Jae Yoon (so warm and kindhearted). Even though it was frustrating and repetitive sometimes, with a lot of back and forth (especially from the ML) and almost all types of melodrama clichés (typical for a 50 episodes drama), overall it was a well-written and delivered story.
OMG, even on the mountain, Jak Doo is still watching "The Great Seducer"!!! Is this an MBC (in)direct advertising of its 'hot potato' drama or what? In any case, I fully enjoy them both...
This drama brings that cozy feeling of lazy Sunday afternoons watching a classic rom-com! Both KKW and Uee are pleasantly convincing (although Uee's character is a bit awkward sometimes), with a refreshing chemistry and story-line. Eric Cho's hilarious English and love-struck expressions are a delightful bonus!
Maybe I'm a shallow, ignorant, tasteless person, with no ability to judge the acting abilities of some young actors/actresses, or understand the hidden depth of their characters, but even though this drama fell a bit short of my expectations, I still find it interesting and entertaining!
Just as good, (or even a bit better) as S01, which doesn't happen very often! More intense, sentimental and character oriented. Hope S03 will be the same...
Ra Mi Ran and Kim Hyun Joo and Kai? Count me in! ... and since it's from the screenwriter of "Woman of Dignity", "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" and "My Love Eun Dong", I can't wait!
Such an interesting article theme!!! Dramaland would be unsalted food without some notorious mothers-in-law and/or grandfathers! Some of my favorite villains are: Nam Goong Min in "The Girl Who Sees Smells" and "Remember-War of the Son" Shin Sung Rok in "You Who Came from the Stars" and "Liar Game" Park Hae Jin in "Bad Guys" Kim Jae Wook in "Voice" Um Ki-joon in "Defendant" Im Joo Hwan in "Oh My Ghostess"
I've heard, but not seen yet, that Go Hyun Jung as Mishil from "Queen Seon Deok" is the best of the best female villains. And let's not forget Park Bo Gum, the cutest villain ever in "Hello Monster", where he stole all the spotlights!!!
But surely Jesus has much more urgent and better things to do!

Great article and excellent photos selection :)
I've really, really missed him...
Regardless of the female lead, I'm totally in!
