I know this is a crime/drama but is there a hint of romance ?
In my opinion there is a not-so-subtle one-sided crush from Ki Dong Chan (his eyes are so expressing!). Form Kim Soo Hyun's side it is more like strong trust-friendship kind of thing, with a hint of a future romance-like development...
An intense thriller, with lots of suspense, plot twists and mystery and a wonderful main lead: Jo Seung Woo - his acting was once more superb! Moreover, Baro's and little Kim Yoo Bin's performances were brilliant and memorable.

Sugar, use your advanced degrees in literature and give us your "well-founded criticism of this drama", cause we, the idiots you mention, are still waiting for it !!! Please, enlighten us with your logic, insight and wisdom... Isn't it possible at all that something (or someone) that I find boring you find it intriguing? Do I need to have advanced degrees in literature to prove why I like something (or someone) or not? I have yet to read a well-founded criticism of this drama. Jo Jung Suk is rocking this - he's doing a fabulous…
All of us that are "completely unable to have an intelligent conversation about the actual drama" and give "uninteresting, uninformed & blatantly prejudiced commentary" we humbly apologize for having a personal opinion that is different from yours! Please, give us your "well-founded criticism of this drama" and tell us what inspires you to give a 10 for a drama, only to get on your 'haters' nerves!!!
I'm struggling not to drop it... The story is below average for my taste, Jo Jung Suk is as angry as always, Hyeri is trying to act as always... The only thing worth it are the scenes of Kim Sun Ho! He deserves a better, real leading role!
A little messy and unfocused sometimes drama, but not that bad. In my opinion, Dong Ha's performance and character was the main advantage of this drama!
Heartwarming and touching little gem! Don't judge it from the summary: the description is misleading! Both leads did a wonderful job (Kim Jung Hyun's acting already caught my eye in Rebel and Binggoo). I hope to see both of them in a new project soon.
Song Seung Heon's performance was phenomenal! His looks, the tone of his voice, his captivating, seducing eyes... The darkest Black, the sexiest Reaper! Go Ah Ra was not as bad as I thought she would, she was average most of the times, but next to SSH she just wasn't visible at all... All supporting characters had quite interesting stories and pleasant dynamics. The story was intriguing, with many twists and turns, cleverly justified. Overall, a thrilling, addictive drama with a well-written story and a magnificent leading actor!
Dropped it while watching the 2nd episode... The father is far beyond abusing and nobody is giving a damn! Almost everybody is rude or submissive! What was the writer's and director's approach with all this violence and over-acting? Too disturbing to watch!
Fresh, good-looking leads, quite simple & predictable plot, a bit draggy in the middle, with many similarities with other well-known dramas, but easy to watch when you need a break from other 'heavier' and more serious dramas... But the main song ... I'm sick and tired of it!
While watching 'Save Me' I was pretty sure that Woo Do Hwan will be my new favorite actor, but now I'm really amazed: he is again stealing all the spotlights, slaying his role and glowing with charisma!
I started watching it with low expectations but it really took me by surprise! Such a well-written drama: a perfect combination of romance, comedy, friendship and family issues. Wonderful performances and chemistry between the actors, especially the 'mother-daughter' interactions were so heart-throbbing... Kim Mi Kyung was once again superb in her role and Jang Ki Yong delivered his Nam Gil perfectly.

Not for everyone...
