God I just love how over the top and ridiculous this is. so silly calling jihan and ahjeong the only selfish ones. they're all messy. Of course noone is entitled to dohan's secret or sexuality but when other people are getting dragged around because of it and getting affected, it's SELFISH not to take care of it. and obviously fear is going to make u become selfish and hold back because coming out is scary and difficult for many but he literally just runs and hides while everyone else suffers... being closeted can't excuse you forever. I can't even get mad at the ex bf and I honestly feel what he's doing is validated after getting abandoned like that lol.
"noone forced ahjeong to sign the contract" some of y'all act like the situation is as simple as that. he knew she needed a job and money and he used that to help protect himself and his secret. obviously she could've refused but it was the perfect convincing set up *in theory* plus she'd be helping out her bestie as a bonus. jihan is also selfish but how could you not be when he was ditched by literally everyone so of course he wants to claim what he's worked hard for all his life and gain recognition from his family. the one person who should've been there for him abandoned him too. he's misguided.
Idk. safe to say it's not just messy characters but the writing in general is just awful and all over the place. it's only redeemed by the cast being good at their jobs, but next week is the finale and everything is still going at a poor pace
I wouldn't say I was scared but the atmosphere was definitely chilling and creepy. Excellent acting from the whole cast and Lee dohyun looked so good. loved it!
Though seemingly cliche and predictable i enjoyed the first 2 eps. I hope I continue liking it because I'm not usually fond of kim haneul dramas but I like both male actors a lot especially seung jo. I could barely finish 18 again with haneul- guess we'll see
