yes it is! episode 3 or 4 (i dont remember exactly) show us how those two ended up in they're "relationship" and once you have that context i feel like they're situation will make more sense.

i think both of the mains leads partners are selfish in they're own ways because they both keep disregarding their significant others wants. cheating is bad, but i think deep down the main leads aren't fully emotionally present in their respective relationships so them cheating is a way to have a reason to leave that isn't "you wont have sex with me. lets break up because of that one thing"

regarding the gay couple, from what I understand, they never had a sexual relationship. it's like just a companionship thing. they're "together" as to not be alone but they're relationship isn't even technically a "couple'. Like, they're not "boyfriends" or even "lovers". They don't kiss, they're not intimate, they don't sleep in the same bed, I don't even think they go on dates or spend quality time together. We don't know if Kaziaki is asexual or not. In fact, we don't actually know much about his character altogether. Hopefully as more episodes come out we'll get his backstory to why he is the way he is.

it was really good until it wasnt. it just kinda felt like it took itself too seriously while having a ridiculous plot. the plot twists were pretty mid but the moments between the main couple are cute. so watch it if youre bored but theres probably better dramas in this body swap genre.
