There is one more hug before the trouble (in the first half of ep 36) but now everything is heavy until episode 44. But it looks like next week, we'll be getting sweet moments (based on the second trailer of the show).

I hope he loses his powers / authority in the end since that's what is most important to him.

Characters I'm not annoyed (Besides SF and XJ) with after watching 36-44: Teng She, Zi Hu, Liu Yi Huan, Ting Nu, MY.

If HC is this bad now than he really will be the worst in the final ark of the show but XJ will have her memories by the time they "reunite" in the heavenly realm.

It looks like after XJ and SF reunite, they will be more open to each other. SF needs to stop keeping everything to himself (he's too selfless).

I love the friendship between Zi Hu, Liu Yi Huan, and Ting Nu. Also, Zi Hu comforting XJ when she was drinking heavily was sweet.

I can't wait to find out how SF first fell in love with XJ in the heavenly realm. I know they would talk to each other + were friends (plus it's going to be different from the book I heard) but I'm wondering how he ended up deciding to be in 10 lives with her.

The fact that MY is supporting XJ more than LL is disappointing, but I do feel :/ for LL since she is traumatized from what WT did to her.

For the 9 episodes that air on Thursday next week (09/03), I think the next/final ark will start. Based on the second trailer, XJ will gain her past memories and her + SF will reunite.

HC is getting worse each episode, he’s so manipulative and is guilt tripping XJ way too much. It feels like he’s isolating XJ on purpose.

SF is too dedicated to XJ. As soon as he figured out that XJ is Moshaxing, he decided to pretend that he actually is Mosha in order to protect her.
