I agree, I really hope the drama does the novel justice.

I think as long as the episodes have a long duration everything can be covered in 6 episodes. I heard the PD has been preparing for this drama since 2019 so I hope the novel can be properly adapted and the drama adaptation was also discussed + approved by Hitonari Tsuji in September 2022. If it’s on Coupang Play than it would be ott only drama, I wish it was airing on tv so we could get drama goods like physical ost, dvd, script book…

I read the source material and tbh 6 episodes works perfectly for the drama adaptation.

Rumored ott platform is Coupang Play with 6 episodes.

She was the female lead in those dramas but not the title role like in TSOPMC. (The production team of TSOPMC also mentioned that this drama is her first time as the title role:

TSOPMC is the first drama where LSY plays as the title role so we can expect to see a new side of her here (like in her previous roles).

Btw the female lead in The Forbidden Marriage was Park Juhyun (who looks nothing like LSY) 😭 The only romcoms that LSY has done are Hit the Top, The Law Cafe, and maybe The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract if there will be a lot of comedy in the drama.

I also recommend Kairos (2020) with Lee Seyoung, it’s where the leads keep time traveling back to stop an accident from happening (sounds similar to Reset but overall very different drama).

I hope people give the whole cast a chance especially since the drama didn’t even air yet. I’m mainly watching because of my fave LSY but I want to see how the rest of the cast will do too.

For people insulting the ml actor Bae Inhyuk, give him a chance to prove himself in the drama especially since the drama didn’t even air yet (in his previous drama Cheer Up, he was done dirty by the writer + he was good in Under the Queen’s Umbrella). Him being chosen as the ml meant the casting pd sees potential in his acting. This goes for the rest of the cast too.

True technically not a GL drama but it can still have GL romance in it despite the story being mainly about JN.
