writers ruined a good movie with the whole siblings thing. weird af i watched because of the cast and storyline but movies like this should have a flair or something ! wish i could have skipped it
saddest but most remarkable movie I’ve ever watched. Probably the best representation of how we treat others (and how we treated each other during this recent epidemic) that we’ll ever see in a movie. Given the cast, I am not surprised at all by the stellar performances.
A good movie As asako mentioned, she feels she’s more mature but seeing someone from the past makes her feel she hasn’t changed at all Very quickly she realizes the past was meant to stay in the past She likes the new asako, she likes the better man, and she fights for it. Asako 2 is about growing up and making mistakes on the way hopefully the people around you can understand … Yes the cinematography was great I don’t care about any scandals I’m here to enjoy good movies
Here are my two cents:I think that they were both method acting but that neither one knew how to separate themselves…
I really love the two interpretations too. I do agree that Jae ha had true feelings and that YW IS somewhat of a psychopath but why do I feel that last look in the car proved he was a little attached too… as GeeGee says: he was faking devistation at the press conference, while I believe it was real, I do agree it ticked him off and he wanted to prove he was not only a better method actor but get revenge for the public rejection. (Even though that was all promotional, he sought revenge for the personal rejection too) His twisted way of communicating “I was acting too” therefore “I hurt you even more than you hurt me “
The creators put the best psychological play inside of the movie it complimented the storyline so well, it was honestly one of the best pieces of art I’ve seen……
My ending interpretation is that they both convinced themselves they were only “Method Acting”.
YW pretending to be a brat in the beginning… wonder if that was all part of his method acting to get his co star to underestimate him. He just didn’t expect him to be a method actor too. They’ve met their match not only in acting but emotionally. They have a true attachment even if it isn’t romantic…they won’t be able to explore it because actors move onto their next project quickly. I understood when YW says, “ you think acting is fun?” It is emotionally taxing…
(Reminds me of the show Strong Girl BongSoon”. Poor guy really fell in love with her during filming. Sometimes it works out… sometimes you’re left wondering what if…)
In reality, this is an obvious trope. The male leaves the sick wife and starts an affair, however in the movie Revire, the male lead decides to be honorable to his late wife and mourns her rather than start a new relationship. FL dumped her fiancé so feels rejected. (They did not have an affair, just a mutual attraction). I think ML is callous but also trying to be a good widower. Eunjoo was smart to move on as you shouldn’t beg anyone for a relationship
I know it was supposed to be a twist, which was a really good one, but I couldn’t see the bro/sis relationship as the devious personality of the male lead was all I could see. They needed to give us more of their characters post twist for it to be pulled off. Good movie, I would have ended it without the twist however, Yea-ji plays psychological roles well my favorite was Save Me. And I know KangWoo from Vanished where he plays a similar twisty role. I would say Recalled fits the mystery & suspense drama genre better than thriller. It has a strong rewatch value
Great revenge story. Hyubeen played the role well as expected. “Sometimes you loose out on your choices in life when backed into a corner…some don’t have the tolerance to withstand this cruel world.. “
I was praying for him not to fall in love dammit. Let the girl be! This is why I love Stranger so much, they didn’t do the unthinkable with the leads they had a platonic connection which suits a suspense
Great but the romance was unnecessary, lacked chemistry and Dohyun is boring af, I'm tired of these bland puppy…
The revenge is what made him attached so really it’s not a sappy puppy affair. The only thing is how can you fall for someone so bland that’s so unrealistic
Guys. I have a question. Is glory really that popular? I read that it is popular in America and Europe. but I…
Squid games was tailored to suit a global taste. Glory is just a modern day progressive kdrama which is nice as kdramas tend to forget raunchy individuals like those characters in glory do make up some of the population as well.

Couldn’t find anywhere but daily motion
Sherlock was clever and witty. Wato understood her.
The ending was traumatizing 😓
I truly wish I found Ms.Yuko before her passing RIP 💜
