I came to say this show is IT, and then I see it's getting some hate.I think this is the best BL airing right…
I love it too! Arranged marriage is one of my favorite 'classic' romance tropes which, for obvious reasons, isn't used much in modern dramas. The way it's playing out is so much fun. Also yes to the chemistry! That final scene in this ep was beautiful and sexy. Having the last couple shots show their hands and engagement rings was a great choice!
Had a hard time rating this one because the first thirty-some episodes are basically a 10 for me, but the rest just nose dives into frustration. I ended up skimming or completely skipping eps. I liked the ending but I would have been happier if they'd lengthened that bit and shortened all the unnecessary angst. My love for the main couple in the beginning eps carried me through to a 8.5 rating.
I watched this as it aired in 2014, I enjoyed it and rated 8, but I recently rewatched it and actually upped my rating which has never happened for me before! Perhaps it's because I could appreciate the storytelling and cinematography more or maybe it was just the mood I was in, but although I knew what was going to happen, I was still completely absorbed in the drama. I understood the story a lot more this time (I didn't really understand all the politics that were happening before) and picked up on a lot the metaphors that I missed the first time. I also want to mention that the music has such presence in this drama. I've watched so many dramas that revolve around music (or is supposed to revolve around music) and all they do is play the same 2 songs over and over again or just don't utilize it fully, but here, from the background music to the 'live' playing, every moment is just beautifully crafted and thought out. Love it.
What a fun first two eps! I've already seen My Queen, but I'm really enjoying their take on it and the changes they made. The pair have great chemistry together as well.
This is so frustrating, knowing subs are out there on dailymotion, but not being able to get them to work. I tried everything, different browsers, different computers, and still nothing. If anyone finds subs elsewhere, please let me know!
I started to watch it because I like medical dramas, it was a random choice. I was pretty happy to see Choi Minho…
Lol, I actually feel like the medical issues haven't really been interesting at all. None of the cases have even truly NEEDED Top Team, just the doctors as individuals or maybe 2 working together. I loved the first 2 eps, but the hospital infighting has dragged it down. I'm not sure why that's even a focus in the drama as the life or death stakes of saving a patient is much more compelling than whether or not they open some fancy medical center. I agree with you about the romance not really being important, the only romance I care about is Minho's cause he's a cutie. I hope they switch it up and utilize the Team's skills - they haven't managed to prove their 'elite' status to me yet.
This is so slooooow. Why are we wasting so much time on hospital politics when they could be solving interesting medical cases and performing amazing surgeries?! Hopefully things pick up with the writer change.
