TBH, This actor turns me off and his DP doesn't help him at all. I have only watched 2 of his drama My only one(which i dropped due to Uee's father in law and him) and Graceful Family (which I watched due to Im Soo Hyang , story and rest of cast.) I will try to watch homemade love story. I don't get lead feel from him especially romantic one.
Holy Shit!!! Although I was hoping for same ending but considering Korean drama trends and their inclination towards hopeful endings I had low hope. Director and writer definitely had guts for that ending .(I know only one or two other dramas with that ending). How did episode even passed by kbca with such sensitive content. Hats off.10/10

maybe I'm just dumb but i couldn't understand last episode. What happen in last episode- whole episode is dumb. Its like writer couldn't make up whether to end or to extend drama . Or whether to kill certain character or to save them. No time travel mechanics explained. New information and characters(but not enough for me to intrigue about and to anticipate new season.)
I like this author. I liked Life as one of my favorite series which perfectly blends business and medical politics and doctor's humanism. I liked stranger as well . I liked investigative part of grid but time travel just didn't sit well with it.
One of the best and favorite drama. Story is quite simple and straightforward. Romance is very sweet but not sugary. Character behave as very normal and sound persons. There are no evil ,vicious , jealous characters. Parents are very supportive like grandpa and grandma in other Cdrama's. Leads chemistry is amazing and side characters are best. Every episode start with laugh as their childhood antics are shown. 10/10
Really loving this show. They are developing feeling so naturally towards each other. Also really like both ML and FL characters. ML is rich heir but little arrogant , standoffish and cheeky while not being annoying while FL is dominant , bossy ,clever but not abusive and annoying. Their characters are very natural and humane. Also as of now I am also liking ZNY and LYR. LYR is little clingy chatterbox childhood sweetheart sister but have no malice or jealousy and like ML . ZNY like FL cautious and reserve about it as they were previously Boss - sub relationship. SFL takes initiative to ally SML. Their banter is comically relieving.I was worried about extra exposure given to them but their is none(they're 4th and 5th leads) I was also worried about more exposure to FL crush but it is very less and FL is mature and not fangirling over him. You can see their awkwardness from 1st date and that they wont workout.
Overall this drama has avoided all negatives and reman to be sweet but not sugary and fresh. As of ep 10, my rating is 9.3/10.
Contrary to other's opinion , I really liked this drama. Both leads were spectacular especially KJH as drama feel alive due to his character, his shouting, his pain episodes. Also KJH exited in episode 13 of 16 (or ep 26 of 32 ep) which is 3/4 th of drama. I watched drama due to Seo Hyun and she was very good at it and complimented KJH perfectly. 2nd ML and 2nd FL also performed well. Prepare for lot of tissues in later episodes. I also liked the ML exited early in drama so we get to see aftermath of ML death.(I hate dramas in which ML dies either at end or 15 minutes to end of drama same with opposite that ML and FL be finally together only at end or 15 minutes to end.) Regarding physical contact with female lead , It is true that there is sparse romantic physical contact but I liked that because their relationship cannot be romance or love. There is some pull but it is more towards guilt and sympathy(and sometimes empathy). It does not develop to irrational and unrealistic love subplot. It has solid first First Half , Angst 3rd Quarter and scheming 4th quarter.(I liked how FL and 2nd ML and 2nd FL didn't trust each other) To me it is solid 8.5/10 . I finished it in 12 hr marathon at my usual 1.5 speed
I love the scene in ' be melodramatic' where they keep pushing water bottle to each other (gong myung and ahn jae hong) with water bottles all around table and ahn jae hong said enough is enough. Be melodramatic has most brilliant PPP where viewer is not averse to it
I haven't watch the drama but it reminds me of old movie in which wife ask her husband to marry rich girl after rich girl made offer to her after falling in love with male lead. They even had two children. Old wife was greedy and rich girl truly cared about ML and his children with old wife. Movie was in 1997, surprisingly this works even in 2014.
It is a great show . Both Park-Park chemistry is off charts and Kim Joo Hyun has also blend seemlessly into their juggling. Cases are good and even supporting actors are excellent It has like NAKAMA POWER feel. About actor change , we all know how great actor Jung Woo Sung is, and in this case he has no choice but to maintain same acting style as Bae Sung Woo for 4 episodes otherwise it would be more disastrous. So bashing him not justified.
About DUI, it depends on country to country. My country also has strict laws, people dies but nobody cares. Heck, I first knew about substitute driver job after watching KDramas . My country has no such concept, either your friend drive(if he is not drunk) or its up to god.
We even have people accused of murders in high ministerial position and as peoples representative. Some DUI murderer are huge stars as well.
Someone enlight me please?. Wuxia genre what's about?, kind of Romeo and Juliet with tonss of bloodbath? no HE?
Wuxia means old martial arts like hidden dragon , crouching tiger movie type. Although it exaggerated a little but is vey humble compare to xianxia or xuanhuan genre. No over the top powers or spells or magic , flying etc. No immortals. Ex- Word of honor type.
I love both actors and decided to watch after " I'm sorry , I love you" to lift sad and heavy mood after what they did to Im Soo Jung's character. I thought that travelling to India is just plot device for namesake but to my surprise, fair amount of filming was done in India and they were done well and realistic. To the movie, I like both leads characters and much of film focus on them and finding FL's first love. both leads have opposite characters they did well to show it off. Movie was little funny due to MlL character. You can also see why FL would like his first love. But there was no romance betwenn ML character and FL character and was no romantic depth. Movie was little about their home, office, travel , and ending scene. It is more like slice of life + finding. There is no romance or even budding romance. Overall all it is7/10. Nothing bad but nothing good.
Since Gong Yoo was imagining scenes himself without any photo of real Kim Jong Uk , so it made sense that they use him as Kim Jong Uk but it seem little out of place as it breaks first love magnetic persona.
Movie is about finding a man with just name and travel details and IDK if he can find his flight details then they can find his details through passport but then there was no point in making movie.
