a reason for why i believe they won't end up together is because the song on which the show is based on (twenty five, twenty one by jareum) has the lyrics "i thought it would last forever, our twenty five and twenty one"
i think its better if they don't end up together due to a sensible reason than them ending up together because of a reason that doesn't make sense simply because the viewers wanted them to be together, and the writers did that just for the sake of it, as it would completely ruin the beauty of the storyline
i think the ending scene isn't going to be something very grand or anything, just simply hee do and yi jin smiling at each other in understanding and they'll show a parallel to their younger versions most probably, hinting to us that they are going to get back together (if they get back together)
as for their breakup, i don't mind if the reason isn't as "impactful" as some people want it to be as long as it isn't complete rubbish
There are people who end with their first love's.....If there is no strong reason to convince the viewers for…
some people do, some people don't either way it's not unrealistic for them to not end up together i don't mind if the reason for their breakup isn't as "impactful" as some people want as long as its not complete rubbish
at this point, i'm almost certain the reason for everything is just going to be time nothing out of the ordinary is going to happen, no big event that made them all drift apart - just life happened and i think that's the most realistic and beautiful way to end the show
they're still in their early 20s, yet to experience a lot of things and its simply the course of time that has led them all to be where they are in the present either way i know i'm not going to be disappointed in the ending because i have trust in the writers and the director, they've not let us down so far :')
i've been really enjoying this drama but honestly i was quite bothered watching ep 6? it was pretty disturbing…
but yes i understand what you said i just hope they show tae moo actually apologising in a proper way instead of sweeping it under the rug kind of thing
the entire ep was so cute i couldn't stop smiling throughout, it felt like peace :')) and then the last scene happened and now i'm so confused and scared T-T
whatever the reason, i'm pretty sure yi jin isn't min chae's dad

but i’ve heard from other viewers that the show is quite diff from the manhwa so hopefully they’ll change things a little

click

and then the last scene happened and now i'm so confused and scared T-T
