Finally Cai Zhao is realizing her feelings for Mu Qingyan, she's just as inlove with him as he is but like Mu said, she's timid and doesn't want to be implicated. I really like the tension between the two of them in this episode, the way they stare at each other is electrifying. I love their chemistry the most.

I don't see him as a damsel in distress, more of someone restrained from the poison but even though he was poisoned he was still powerful enough to rescue fl. I think him and FL have equal powers, like they balance eo out.

So it turns out the Mu x Cai clan are bound to be lovers not mortal enemies. Why do I get the feeling MQY's dad might have also been inlove with Cai Pingshu. Also, I really hate his mother, she is such a snake. I hope there is no redemption arc for her up until the end and she gets locked up and secluded from the world.

I wish he'd do more costume dramas. He excels in this aspect better imo.

This started out really good and had a lot of potential, Liu Xue Yi and Meng Zi Yi had good chemistry and acting but they wasted it. It is so disappointing that they ruined the characters when they were good at the start. Everything really just went downhill. I rated 8 for the actors hardwork.
