Help, I need spoiler๐จ I want to know if her uncle really is a good person or he is just some enemy in disguise? I mean, I like this fun uncle-niece relationship. Guess I need to prepare my heart if it's actually just a lie๐ฌ๐ฌ
I really can't stand her father and those gangsters. I got to skip several frustrating and annoying parts to avoid high blood pressure! The ending was okay. I just wasn't impressed with this kind of ending. That being said, I loved the relationship between the leads, about their loyalty and how they care and have each other's back. The acting was convincing. Also, that adorable and funny security guard! He's such a sweet addition to this drama. I did enjoy his every scene. Lastly, the OST. My favorite was See You When Spring Flowers Bloom. It gives the heartbreaking Titanic's last orchestra vibes.
I like this quote from episode 18. "Choose wisely, try to leave no regrets behind. But if regrets find you, don't lose heart. Face them calmly and see if there's a change to make things right. If everything is already beyond change, embrace it with courage. Let go of your regrets and keep sailing toward a beautiful future" ๐ซถ๐ฅน
I'm stuck at episode 15. I can't bring myself to click the next episode๐ญ Chen Hui spiralling down so bad it's hard to watch. The dilemma, the frustration, the helplessness...๐๐๐ญ๐ญ Guess there's no turning back from this point ๐๐ I'm scared, I need to take some break ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ญ
aww this is so cuteeeeit sounds like youโre writing about a real person ๐ญ๐ฅน
I guess it just so happened that almost everything about how he lived and died was my exact weakness for a character in dramaland. He checked all boxes๐ฅน๐ฅน๐๐ฅฒ
I really enjoy this show so far. The face card and the fight scene are such a treat to my eyes ๐๐คฉ I'm now on episodes 7 and that interrogation scene is my favorite!๐ Yeah, in that kind of situation, a person like Bai Yu Tang is very much needed ๐๐๐
That's the end? That's it?? No bonus or special clip/episode??
Sighโฆ. Technically a HE but it's so abrupt, I think I missed the "happy" part. Well, whateverโฆ. I was impressed by Ye Xian, I guess I can forgive that absurd ending.
I love our main couple, of course. But for me, Ye Xian surely stole the show. Actually, they could have added some happy moments for the couple, just enough to make me move on from my sadness after Ye Xian's death. But for whatever reason, they ended it just like that. I guess that abrupt ending might be one of the reasons why Ye Xian's character ended up having a strong presence in my mind.
My heart was broken when he died, and I was crying for a good couple of minutes. Poor guy wasn't even built for the battlefield, yet he took the role and actually did a good job. He was a proud person, reckless, edgy, kinda crazy, and even annoying sometimes. Yes, there were moments when I wanted to give him a big slap. But I can't not love him since he's also a loyal person, good at heart, brave, cheeky, and can be adorable at times. Plus, he did the right thing to do instead of going full psycho like that other guy (the real annoying guy). His tragic life really breaks my heart.
I know this heroic ending suits his character better rather than dying slowly by gradually getting weaker and weaker from the illness, but stillโฆ. He reminds me of fireworks. It might not be the safest thing, but when it blew up in the sky, the spark was so bright and beautiful it stays in memory even after it's long gone.
I wrote this so I can move on from this feeling of sadness in my heart, despite the so-called happy ending.
I don't like betrayal. I wish he is a real friend, otherwise my heart wil ๐๐ฌ
Thanks for your answer, you're the best! ๐๐ซถ
I love it when the couple obsessed with each other greenly ๐๐
