I tend to stay away from these types of "Tuesday" dramas. Like sometimes the story isn't enough to make up for the second-hand embarrassment and cringe. But I'm already in and I want my girl to be happy. Even if I know this show isn't gonna end how I like it. Turns out the real "kuzu" was you know who. Like how is this show gonna force them together? See if I last until the finale.
Not a bad 1st episode! Slow start but hopefully they make something into it. Needed something like this ever since watching Junkyouju Takatsuki Akira a few years back.
The mystery of the first case was kinda mediocre imo, but I feel like the set up was laid out for the upcoming story.
Words cannot describe how much I DESPISE our Male MC in this show. He deserves nothing.
I agreed with you at first, then started to disagree after episode 3 ish. And after that I started agreeing with you again until ultimately dropping the show. LOL
Liked the first few episodes and I know it's a drama but too much going on around the MC with no other development after he realizes he wants to be with his wife again. Every episode was just him being tugged around in some way. And I know it's not technically infidelity, but it just felt all weird and wrong. Was starting to feel bad for everyone BUT our MC sorry haha.
If I have to be completely honest the show began to lose me a little the last half. Wasn't for the fork and chain scenes. I feel like the motivations had strong start, but I was a little taken aback by how it was wrapped up after all that drama and violence. BUT I also have to add I was IMPRESSED with the lead actresses. Especially Yuriyan! Comedian went out the window, she was a full-fledged actress here. Intense moments of tears and raw energy during the fight scenes. 80's aesthetics were on point. I loved it.
I should have saved this for later cuz I feel like I this is gonna be my fav asadora. It's nice to watch little by little every morning before work. Although I think I'm gonna rename this show Eavesdropping on People's Conversations Around the Corner 101.
