Super hit dramas like goblin, Mr queen, moving, tale of gumiho are all fictional as well but well written and well acted. Being fictional doesn't mean show whatever without a base story. Even it's first part was fictional but it had a solid base story and the powers were properly explained in the first episode itself.

It's a Kdrama based on a real story. This don't belong to the rainbows and unicorn type of kdramas. It's not a rom-com to have a mandatory happy ending. The king and his love story is pretty famous in Korea and Koreans loved this drama because of that.

Why are people comparing a drama based on real story with real people like the red sleeve to a cheesy fictional rom com like king the land? Deok Im was a real person. She wasn't a basic rom com female lead whose job is to look pretty and fall for the rich guy. She is a complex character with complex emotions. This is not a fictional story to have a happy ending with rainbows and unicorns. The real love story of the king was tragic with him loosing the love of his life and all the children they had together after waiting for her for 14yrs.

This drama made junho famous and made people see how good of an actor he is.

This is based on a real story of the king and his love for his palace maid. It's not a fictional story and the king did wait for 14yrs to marry her. Being a queen or a concubine is basically like being in a golden cage. They will never be able to see anything beyond the walls of the palace and as a palace maid she atleast could go out once in a month and don't have to just sit and wait for the king to come. As a concubine or as a maid she holds no power.

They could have given an open ending for the leads. They never had a single romantic moment and the fl was totally into the SML till the very last moment. There are more than enough thrillers without the leads not ending up together like memorist.

But the fl was too dumb to leave two people to die. She already made one mistake and then repeated the same resulting in the murder of two people. My baby suho didn't deserve to die. As an exol why do I have to keep seeing exo dying in dramas and movies. 🙁

The overall suspense was good and they played with who might be the killer well.

This one is way more childish and don't even have a proper story or makes any sense. Bong didn't have to have a fake smile plastered on her face to come off as cute and innocent. Whether it's the cuteness or the careless nature it all came naturally for bongsoo. Nothing looked forced in the first part.

This drama is so random and just don't make any sense. Just because it's fictional and have supernatural elements doesn't mean they can show whatever they want without any sense. 3 women are openly flaunting their superpowers in a country with cctv everywhere but everyone is behaving as if it's normal. If they want to make it normal they should have established that the world is aware of these superpowers like Marvel universe or DC universe. Even then the people give more shocked reaction seeing Spiderman or Superman jumping around than the people in Seoul seeing these women 🤣

After 100 days my prince nam ji hoon is not doing any full fledged kdrama as a female lead. 365 even though a good drama didn't get noticed much and Little women was a multi lead drama. Wonder why so? She gave three back to back hit rom coms and then kind of disappeared. She is a good actress.

First 3-4 episodes were average but then it picks up and gets interesting

Pretty sure half of the money went into casting. They literally have most of the top movie stars.

He looks creepy and that's the only thing I liked about this drama so far.

If she was smart she wouldn't be showing off her strength like that when she is undercover or talk back to her superior which could end up getting kicked out on the first day itself. More than her I was irritated with the ml. She is naive and don't have much human interactions while growing up and isn't aware of how much evil people can be but he is a cop and that too in a special investigation department and he thought it's a good idea to take her with him for an undercover operation 🙄

He is the dumbest cop I have seen in a kdrama. Just to spend time with her, he is putting everything at risk and she don't even get the seriousness of the situation or listen to anyone.

Even western shows will have more emotional depth than this drama 😂. The entire thing about Korean movies and dramas are how good they are at showing emotional bong between characters.
