I am wondering the same. The drama changes the tone from light hearted to dark pretty smoothly and is keeping the suspense of the past under wrap pretty well and keep the audience guessing on what exactly happened. Isn't that a good thing? It has a suspense element and we have no idea what to expect. The romance is good for a rom com as well.

The drama never shows everything as it is. It's always in flashback. We thought shinyu didn't breakup with NY but he did. Shinyu was behaving very forward with HY after waking up in the hospital which was odd considering they both decided to keep their distance but later that episode we got to know shinyu remembers his past and knows they are meant to be. We thought NY genuinely had no idea who send her pics but it ended up her literally working for the gardener. She claims she loves SY and she sleeps with the other guy because she is lonely. But does she know the Gardener is literally trying to harm shinyu?

It's mostly about how the story will develop forward. Except for being arrogant and superiority complex there isn't much flaw in shinyu and hong yoo is pretty much a good person.
