i am in the middle of ep 5 and i am still confused with this drama.
can just anyone be a mage or just a particular set of families can be a mage? is the ruling family also mage? if jang uk is the king's son how did he get the energy as from my understanding the king was a human being and if he is jang kang's son why jang Kang took away his powers? technically biologically jang uk is jang kang's son since the body was his when the king did the deed with his wife. so dna will be of jang kang's only.
also why did the king even slept with jang kang's wife if he can never openly acknowledge the fact that he has a son? i thought he needed a son to be his successor.

Korea has a drinking culture and most characters get dead drunk once in a while. so them blacking out isn't a big deal. here in Kyung is a proper alcoholic and not someone that gets drunk and pass out occasionally.

i know that it happens in real life and i have seen that in western and indian/pakistani dramas/movies as well but not as commonly as Korean dramas. it kind of makes me think it's very common in Korean society for mothers to abandon their kids just like that.

there is a 5min long trailer on the swoon for nerflix and in Hye has a huge role to play. she somehow ends up in the villain's house.

nobody says there is too many male centric dramas or movies. so what's the problem with female centric shows?

why do Korean dramas show middle class/poor mothers leaving their children alone? i have seen that in way too many dramas.

oh in Kyung dressed exactly like her great aunt in their first meeting. the aunt is controlling but she seems to genuinely like oh in Kyung. she called Jong ho at the same time in Kyung will be home. she wants to set them up.

didn't the king died when Jung Kang was in his body? i thought it like that since jang Kang in king's body read the letter about king's real intentions right after waking up in his body and coughed blood after reading it which i thought was him dying there.

i watched the first 2 episodes and i loved it.
its been so long since i watched an ongoing kdrama.
i was excited for this one since they announced the casting of Kim go eun and nam ji Hyun.

I agree the acting of se Jeong had a lot to do with the success of business proposal and overall the drama had a positive vibe. If this one has a decent story and attractive chemistry between the leads it might work. I haven't seen big mouse yet but heard the drama is a success. So if yoona has a significant role in it and is doing well in that drama then expectations for
this one will also increase and junho single handedly won't have to carry it.

seol in ah is working with all her school 2017 leads back to back. 😂

i started watching this and is on ep 3. i have this doubt. if jang uk's father has the soul of the king how was he able to take away his energy and has the power of a mage?

seeing the success of business proposal i think cliche dramas are still in. if its directed well and the male lead is a charmer which most likely will he considering its junho it will be a hit.

i guess this is theast kdrama i was emotionally invested in. still can't get over junho as yi San and their chemistry

The rating in Netflix changes from country to country. I remember someone saying brigerton is 15+ in their country but in mine it was 18+.
