Acting is what matters regardless of the genre... Doing comedy and having comic timing is very difficult... To carry a show entirely on that as a female lead is a very challenging role... There are only very few female leads that can do it... Just because mr.queen is a rom-com doesn't mean it don't deserve awards...

Depends on what kind of genre you like. This one is a melodrama even though the initial episodes kind of give off rom-com feels.

I looked up shin Hye sun's wiki and it seems like she was nominated for just 3 awards last yr and only won producers association award. Got nominated in blue dragon and baeksang as well.
