It's solely because they are incapable of understanding or acting like a normal healthy human being... So some of her behaviour can be justified because of her disorder... Also she don't go around hurting people as long as they don't try to do anything to her... There are only 2 or 3 people whom she hurt physically and they all have misbehaved with her or tried to physically hurt her... In all of the synopsis of the show it's clearly written that she has a mental disorder... Aspd cannot be completely cured but it could be kept under control by talk therapy or support from near ones... Also symptoms may lessen with age... She was never shown to be completely cured... She started talking to the ML and got support from people around her... She found people who actually cared for her and her symptoms also lessen... She never talked because she never found had people that close to talk except the manager... Also her problem don't end with aspd... She also has PTSD and sleep paralysis... She had a mother who was a psycho and a father who tried to kill her... Even with any mental disorder she would have grown up to be messed up...

The problem with the drama is they showed JW and EO's problem to be huge and over dramatic and stretched for so many episodes to just end it with a happy ending with EO figuring out everything just like that... She never tried when she saw him being so miserable for more than an year or when he found out and stretched it as much as she can and then suddenly when he decided to stop trying and give her the space, she figured everything out in lightening speed... it's like how Julie Roberts figured out she loves her bestfriend in my best friend's wedding within 5 mins... it comes off as if she wants him back because she might loose him if she don't act... She did the same in yangyang as well... She played hard to get as long as he was trying to get her attention and when he finally decided to let it go she ran after him... Everything you said would be easier to understand if they executed it properly and showed eunoh actually trying instead of showing her running away for 15 whole episodes and suddenly getting enlighten in the last episode... it seriously came off as if she wanted him because he isn't giving her the attention... It's like all her problems vanished into thin air when she decided to be with JW... It don't come off as realistic... Another thing is JW being such a saint which is not very realistic... He don't care if she walks all over him as long as she likes him and that's not a very good thing to watch... I scratched my head seeing JW the same way I scratched my head watching the FL of playful kiss... One of the main problem with this drama is that they went so deep into EO's mental state and then solved it all by her accepting to be in a relationship with jaewon... Like that's some lazy writing and forced happy ending... To the level they went with her scars and problems she clearly is unfit to have a healthy relationship as she is too emerged in self pity and she clearly has self esteem issues and don't love herself enough... how is she supposed to love someone else when she don't love herself enough? All of these problems she told magically disappeared when jaewon didn't give her attention and she became restless without knowing the meaning of a necklace... In ep 15 she was like she needs to sort herself out and admitted jaewon isn't her priority which was a right decision but then the next episode everything she told don't hold any importance... She didn't really had any proper character growth even though she was given the most importance out of all the characters... She was indecisive and messed up till the end... How is she supposed to start a relationship when that's not her priority?
I can accept the fact that she likes him but she definitely didn't care for him... She knew what he was going through because of the out of the blue break up and she even witnessed it herself and she went on with her life when the guy said he is dying day by day crying his eyes out, then at the police station to save herself balantly lied and pushed him under the bus without caring for the consequences he will have to face, even after all her lies were out she never took initiative to come clean to him and kept on insulting him to save her face and then kissed him and said she regrets it, then jaewon has to call her multiple times for her to finally open her mouth... then after everything when jaewon finally got his answers and chose to give her what she wanted she got back with him... If she cared for his feelings she could have initiated a conversation with him after she kissed him... She went back at him when she wasn't getting his attention... I won't talk about yangyang as her wounds were fresh and she didn't had any time to sort out her feelings... Also it's not just days, she took more than an year and she knew what he was going through for more than an year... There is not a single time when she actually cared for him... that's not how someone who cares for a person acts like...
