she was extremely selfish and there isnt even a single moment she was considerate towards his feelings... he made her happy so she wanted to spend more time with him and when reality struck she left him out of the blue... when she wanted to see him she took advantage of his drunken state and cried her eyes out for god knows why... forget love, even a person with humanity will be more considerate towards another person more than eunoh... this is the guy she claimed to have genuinely loved at some point of love... she knew he liked her for her personality and she knew she will have to break up with him even before the joke of a marriage but she played along with him and gave him fault hopes just to live him in the dark... even though jaewon was over barring he was honest about his feelings... he clearly said he is already in love with her... jaewon also is at fault for ruining himself for a 2 month relationship just like the male lead from 500 days of summer but one of the reasons for his misery is the lack of closure which is entirely eunoh's fault....

it depends on the channel and the makers... if the writer has a story for s2 and like hospital playlist they want this drama to have a seasonal format it will have a s2... even though people who watches the show loves it( most of them) it isnt that popular and dont have a high rating like mr.queen... even its online buzz is average... so this wont have a s2... also i feel its better if it only has 16 episodes... else it would come off as draggy since its already a slow paced drama...

its not netflix that decides if a kdrama that airs on channel will have a second season or not... its upto the channel and the production team... its like startup or its okay to not be okay... tvn and studio dragon are the once to decide whether the drama will have a second season or not... hospital playlist and vagabond will have a s2 because thats what the makers what and not because these shows also stream on netflix...

No it's not like love alaram... LA, kingdom, sweet home are Netflix original series that only airs on Netflix whereas runon is a jtbc kdrama with netflix only having streaming rights for it... This one first airs on korean tv jtbc and then streams on netflix...
