Tkem was on sbs, a free channel and aired on weekends and prime time 9pm... Totnt was on TVN, a private channel and aired on weekdays at 10:30pm... 5-6% rating in that timeslot is a good deal for private channel esp when startup with aired along with totnt never reached 6% rating on a prime time in weekends... Only amatures compare the ratings of private channel and public channel...

For someone who claims to have seen too many similar characters you don't seem to have too many names to say... The 2nd ML from roy clearly got jealous of his best friend becoming bigger than him and tried to spend more time with his friend's gf...whereas the ML from runon is never jealous of his friend being no.1 and him being no.2... the SML from roy also knew his mother was pulling the strings but as long as it was favouring him he didn't mind whereas the ML from runon don't like any kind of meddling whether it's good or bad... The SML from roy never took any strong steps to tell his mother to back off whereas the ML from run on did that within 4 episodes... It's not just about being rich and not arrogant.. it's the ML's reaction to certain things that's unique and refreshing...
