they pre released the clip and its just the imagination of mr.queen... he thinks if his soul is inside the queen then its possible that her soul will be inside his body... the queen might be going around and hitting on men in his body...

gives the same vibe... storywise this is a remake of hwood movie 17 again...

so true... in kdramas the upper body of women are always covered... even dramas set during summers the fl will be wearing a jacket...

only upto ep 4 is subbed and till that its amazing and hilarious... ep 5 came out today only and i havent watched it...

i though they will only do till she was wearing the tank top i was surprised when she removed it... both the scenes were shot really well and romantically...

i think the real queen will become much bolder after coming back and it will be fun to watch.... like secret garden they might swap bodies occasionally only...

the rating of ongoing dramas keep fluctuating and its not a big deal... more popular dramas will have more buzz and more rating...
true beauty is not as good as mr.queen or runon but it has the most buzz and more young audience who makes noise on social media... but mr.queen already passed double digit rating which clearly shows that more people watches that show and since its a comedy and dont have shipping war it wont create much noise on sns...
non-korean dramas are less popular than kdramas and the popular ones does have high ratings like untamed and nirvana on fire and gifted...

all the dramas had 8.6 to 8.7 rating on the first week... even mr.queen as well as lovestruck had more than 8.5 rating...
ratings while the drama is ongoing always keep flatuating... it will settle down only when the drama is finished and everyone watching it gives their final rating... the current rating doesnt matter...

if you like the actors then you will definitely love it... im siwan's character is quite fresh and unique...

if the real queen is in the present time then i guess at one point both bong hwan and the queen will again fall in the water accidently somewhere by the end of first half of the drama and get back to their respective bodies... by the time the real queen goes back the king will be trying to get her affection...

i totally agree... this is a webseries and their target is working people in their 20s and 30s... its shot in a realistic way and the iv format is unique for a kdrama... the characters are more open and bold about what they want and what they seek in a relationship regardless of the gender... this drama dont have meek and submissive female characters...
if you are interested check out run-on... it also have nice characters and is more fun to watch than true beauty... i basically dropped true beauty by ep 5... i am not feeling like watching ep6...

jcw had the best hairstyle in suspicious partner... his entire look in SP was dreamy...

i am also not digging his hairstyle in the beach scenes... brown hair and middle partition dont really go well with his tanned skin... his hairstyle and formal wardobe in the present days are good...

he has a patience of a monk... he bares with all her antiques...

in the club bong hwan was shown looking at a guy( dont know if he was checking out the guy or looking at his drink)... the queen was depressed and helpless in the past... so if she is in the body of the chef its very much possible that she is enjoying her freedom to the fullest... there is literally no one to control her and tell her what to do...

if so then they have plenty to show till ep20 as they have to show the modern times in b/w... but choi jin hyuk is in a cameo role so he might only appear once in a while..
i saw the raw version of the precep and if its the real queen in the chef's body she seems to be way too chill...
i guess they both need to jump into the water together to swap bodies again if the real queen is in modern times..

It's not mdl, it's the people who vote... Runon is not as popular as true beauty so not many people vote for it...
Even mr.queen is having lower rating than true beauty

If this was netflix original then it would have released all the episodes together but this is a naver original webseries and Netflix is only the international streaming partner like startup, runon etc...

I agree that their target is the more mature audience...

the womanizer part is the funniest in both the chinese and korean ones... the scene were the queen tries to impress the concubine in that red gown is hilarious...

the starting of this drama is really good... its only towards the end it gets a little messy...
i like the visual and chemistry of the leads...
