I have seen both untamed and iotnbo and iotnbo is superior... I liked untamed story and it's a 10/10 for me but apart from that there is not a single aspect were untamed stands a chance in front of iontbo...
Whether it's acting or story telling or the technical aspect or the direction or the makeup iotnbo is far more superior... It's artistic value is higher... it did better in all of those aspects even though cdramas have way bigger budget than kdramas...

I have faith in the director more than the writer and JCW... Lol

I guess even if it's seperate they will show all the couple in a single episode and not with each couple having 4 episodes each... Majority watch this drama for JCW and kjw and if their story is seperated with just 4 episode s then majority will only watch those 4 episodes...

I saw the latest teaser and it looks more like a movie with multiple couple than a kdrama... It don't give kdrama feels but it does give a good feel...
I also liked the song they played in the teaser...

some chinese celebrities have around 100m followers on chinese sns site weibo that doesnt mean they are known globally and are more popular than robert downy jr. who has 47m followers on instagram... some of these chinese celebs wont even be able to cross 10m followers on instagram...

kdramas on the other hand is more popular among different communities like koreans, amerians, indian, european, middle east etc...

i am not saying untamed is not popular but its pretty obvious why iontbo took the no.1 spot... right now its obvious that iotnbo or cloy are way more popular among international viewers and its possible for iotnbo to take the no.1 spot without MDL doing any manipulation...
my all time fav drama is strong woman do bong soon and it was highly popular when it released in 2017 but i cannot go around and blame MDL for not making it the no.1 show on MDL... it keeps changing... every year new dramas come out and some dramas take away no.1 spot from other dramas... there is no conspiracy or manipulation there...
shows on netflix will naturally have higher viewership and if have good storyline then higher rating and popularity than other dramas...

whats the use of blaming anyone and everyone for this...

iotnbo is among this years most watched dramas on netflix... no other asian drama is in top 10... korean movies and dramas are more critically acclaimed than other asian movies/dramas... korean movies even have an oscar in their name....
kwave is the thing and there is nothing called cwaves...
kpop views hits millions of views on youtube within hours whereas cpop struggle to cross a million views...
cdrama is popular inside china and among chinese community(which is in billions when it comes to population) not outside of it...
if its about the number of viewers from the same community then indian movies and dramas also have way higher audience than korean movies/drama because india also more than a billion people and they are also spread across the globe...

you came into another drama's comment section and started blaming people here, kdrama viewers as well as MDL admins for your fav show's rating decrease without any proof and saying you HEARD something stupid... if hearing something from someone is your statistical answer i heard trump is gonna rule for enternity as the POTUS...
every single popular shows had a decrease in rating and not just your precious show...

its on no.2 and iotnbo is no.1.. thats the whole problem...
