I am on ep 5 and it's evident she started falling for him since ep3. The girl was admiring him while he was sleeping, cares more about how he feels in a situation than herself, always keeps his pov in mind while someone bad mouths him. She was putting on her makeup when he asked her to meet him at the hotel. Everything was way too obvious from her side as well.

I don't really like the SML as well and I usually never root for the SML either but the ml was so heart cold towards the news of her dying that I am even ready to root for SML if he likes the fl. 😂

I was feeling bad for the fl in the entire 2nd episode and can't root for the ml at all. He was happy to hear she is gonna die while the fl was getting happy that there is atleast one person who loves her. If the SML is a good guy I am gonna root for him over the ml. Not even for a second he felt bad that she was gonna die. Even if he is no more in love with her, he used to be deeply in love with her once and there is something called humanity.

Welcome. This is an easy watch if we keep a tab on all the characters and their stories. I enjoyed watching it.

Who are your fav actors and actresses?

The over all story and the second half is really good. There were moments that made me cry. Its good if it's seen as a coming back to roots type of drama and not a love story. The biggest flaw is that the leads are pretty bland. I never thought jcw and shs will not have much chemistry with each other. Individually both youg pil and samdal are interesting characters and I liked their individual story and their bond with others esp with the mother. Yong pil and the mother have such strong bond. Then the friends gang is also pretty tight. I loved their friendship. But as a couple Yong pil and samdal don't click much.
I hated Yong pil's father at times but also felt extremely bad for him esp after seeing the flashbacks of how much he was in love with his wife.

That dolphine guy looks so much like kim soo Hyun.

They never tried to justify his actions. He ended up alone in the end and accepted he was wrong.

This drama continues to get unnecessary hate for God knows what reason. This one.managed.to have multiple storylines wrapped up perfectly. Yes, it can get confusing if not giving enough attention but by the end everything is very clear. I loved that they didn't made the mother in law some evil despicable villain and liked the ending given to her without degrading her. The drama definitely had a dignified villain.
Except that random pairing of the crown prince and the oldest maiden everything else was great. I liked all the other pairing.

The last 10mins of the drama could have been better. I wanted to see taeha and yunwoo leading a happy life after reuniting instead of random scenes of both of them in different world. I wished she went back to the present after joseon tae ha died.

Joseon taeha is so SML coded. Loved the fl since childhood and wanted to be with her and make her happy even if it's just as a friend. I actually felt bad for him. It also never felt like joseon taeha is the present day taeha as the entire scene and equation felt so different.. kudos to the actors and the makers for showing totally different vibes in scenes of yun woo with both the taeha. The difference between them were so evident and not even for a minute Yun woo had feelings for joseon taeha because of him having the same.face

I remember discussing here who the second lead is and whether it's tae.min due to him having feelings for yun woo or is it the secretary for having proper screentime and a love angle with sa wol but it ended up being the joseon taeha 😂. The ml and the SML is the same person.

Finally watched the last two episodes and this drama overall is a good one.

It was promoted as a love story between a demon and a woman who is dubbed as a devil. But the leads come off as weak.

This one reminds me of bride of habeok and heartbeat where the male leads are supernatural creatures just for the namesake and their powers were just for the showcase 😂

The cinematographer of the matchmaker is pretty good. Also the colour pallet and the costumes are also pretty.

And that too a human villain against a demon and a powerful business woman.

Exactly. We don't know what exactly is the storyline and the drama is already half way through.
