I am liking both. This one don't have multiple storyline like the matchmaker so it comes off simpler. I like all the storyline of the matchmaker except the older maiden one.

Totnt definitely had better plot, story and pace than this drama for sure. It is one of the few that created a good supernatural world with powerful mythological creatures which actually came off as powerful.

Tale of the nine tailed and goblin. I am not telling that the supernatural creature shouldnt fall weak at times or should have the power till the very last episode but in this he literally never looked that powerful or just within the first half almost all his powers are gone.

The only reasons I will keep watching this drama are the lead's chemistry and do do hee's wardrobe

It took me two days to finish the last episode and that's how uninteresting the episode was. Keeping the chemistry aside which is great, the story is meh. The leads come off very weak and don't come close to the expectations I had with them in the first 2-3 episodes. One is supposed to be a no nonsense business woman who is cold and sharp and the other is a literally demon but the villains have been constantly winning for 8 episodes straight. 🙄 There has been multiple near death experiences but still the leads are not smart enough or persistence enough to beat the villain. Seems like the only thing the demon is good at is throwing shades at other supernatural characters 😂. Like Dean says 'without his powers he is a baby in a trench coat' 🤣 why is he a demon if he has to be so weak and why was his powers transferred to the fl if it was stop going to work within the first half of the drama? 🙄

It's perfectly understandable if the king wants to marry of crown prince. It wasn't abnormal during that time. Crown princes used to have crown Princesses as soon as they are declared crown prince and during that time it was necessary to bring in a girl from a powerful family to make sure crown prince ends up being the king. Else it will be easy to dispose the crown prince and bring in another one.
But I doubt it's normal even during that time for a boy and that too a crown prince to marry someone double his age. The two main jobs of crown Princess/queen are to have a powerful family to support her husband and to bare healthy children and during those times the age of a woman mattered a lot for having children. By the time crown prince will be an adult, Hana will be close to 30. A 30 yr old women even today is considered to be old in conservative society and we are talking about 100-200yrs ago in a highly patriarchal society.

Yes. The grandfather holds the biggest mystery of the drama.

If the younger one was the girl I understand it's a joseon norm but I doubt crown princes that young were married off to women that older than them. She is literally double his age.

This drama till now is going really well. Both this and the matchmakers are such underrated dramas and deserves more hype.

I don't think the father was having an affair. He looked completely lost and ended up being an alcoholic after TH's mother passed away. One of the reasons for mhs's frustration is that her husband never loved her.
I think the grandfather used MHS to get rid of TH's mother like he was using Hana against YW.

He is a rich guy with resources. It's not that hard for him to get a fake Id for both the girls.

She is 6 yrs older than him 😯. He looks pretty matured for his age and she looks younger than her age like every other kactress.

The second fl in this drama is sa wol and not hana. Can't really say tae min is the SML either. Taeha's secretary/bff has way more screentime and a proper love angle with sawol than taemin.

Delusional obsessive stalkerish characters irritate me to no end. So I get irritated every time that girl from office appears. She is hella irritating. I want the ml and fl to flaunt their affection for each other in front of her so that she can burn to ashes and perish

I am loving the leads. They look good together and I like the way they are progressing

Jung woo's reaction when soon deok's brother told him to stay away from his sister 😂. That was the only comic scene from the last two episodes.

The cinematographer of this drama is really good. I loved the scene where the leads were walking back home during the sunset. All the shots were so beautifully taken.
