How did a drama which did every other thing right screwed up with the eldest maiden? What were they thinking when they cast a literal child opposite a fully grown adult? And why are everyone behaving as if it's not a big deal.
I guess one of the best thing about this drama is how the mil is not a hateful b*tch even though she is the big baddy for the leads. She is a very smart intelligence and dignified lady. She does what she does to protect her family at any cost and she likes other women who are smart.
Now the mil vs the leads esp the fl will start. I am quite interested in it because they both respect each other but they both have different ideologies.
The mil removed the fil and her own brother like a piece of cake. The fil literally don't hold a candle in front of the mil's intelligence and shrewdness.

I highly doubt they did it for the rating. Remember backstreet rookie. The drama literally got ruined because of backlash over the fl and ml's age gap which was only 7yrs. She was already 18 when she kissed him even though she was in high school and the actress was 21 when she did the drama but still the backlash was too much and they have to change the storyline.
Everything about the drama is fine as long as the controversy thing don't come up...

I am not able to feel sad for her when she was crying in front of her friends. Since she has to stay in Jeju for the story to move they are forcing this entire controversy nonsense. Samdal has proof of her bf cheating on her, has her other assistance by her side and her family and friends by her side. But we have to believe that an unknown assistant has more power than her and literally no one is ready to listen to her. No media is ready to put her side of the story and none of her friends from the industry are ready to help her even indirectly? She has been working there for 18yrs and she is a 38yr old woman who is said to be one of the top photographers.
