Who said this is a sad ending? It's just people predictions. People said the novel had happy ending but we can't…

Episode 7 destroyed something in me that I never knew existed. That overall conversation between HY and her mother…
What's their beef with each other? Or has it been revealed already in the earlier eps?

Enjoyed the battle of wills between husband and wife in ep 7. Riveting scene. Tense. Just a couple more steps and he'd have entered the room

Saw bits of epis 5, 7, 8. It's hard for me with this particular actress. The male lead though, I found compelling

Song Mo's twin righthand men...the elder twin was alive until that final battle, but he dies much earlier here…
First paragraph makes me sad. Only at ep5 or 6 so this really is spoiler for me.

The universe made the right choice with Wei Ting Yu.

I'm only at ep 1 and yes, they need to redo their tragic lives. Everything can change but Song Mo needs to come back with that same hair please

What a beautiful article. Brings back all the feels. I had to go listen to that beautiful music again. And because of you I have the link! Thank you 🫢

That music, this article, the show, is one of the highlights of 2024 for me thank you πŸ«ΆπŸ™βœ¨

cui Shuiji looked better as a guy. her makeup is ridiculous. episode 38/39 all of a sudden she is weak and can't…
Yes the makeup. The female lead's too at times. I would not buy jewelry from folks with such questionable taste

Is it good??
For me it is. Still thinking about it. The feels seem to linger on. Ending left me feeling sad for them

My ending. He agreed to stay. When he fell ill first instinct was to hide. Kang found him. Felt for him. Took him away.

She thought they left. Was heartbroken for him hence her demeanor at the competition. Wanted to be there for him hence decision to travel.

Yan being Yan and Kang being Kang, they found another doctor. Life was saved but damage to body was already done. He was in pain often, suffered. Day came when he lost his sight. And then cognitive functions. Kang took meticulous care of him, understood him. A few years later he died. They never once re-connected with her.

She continued to search for 40 years.

Not just that, he enabled him.
Yeah Xiang Liu was never a hypocrite in any way. Prince Lang Ya was quite hyped up in TBOY so all this is rather disappointing

If those good folks really wanted peace for all civilians, with YDZ now posing a legitimate threat with his TWT, they could have simply "ok ok we give Beique back to you". Fighting stops, peace reigns

And the brother that he cared about so much ended up turning against him in TBOY. Gong Gong at least understood and never doubted Xiang Liu to the very end

Not just that, he enabled him.
Yes. That he tore up that edict showed that he wouldn't have made a good emperor either. He would choose his brother over everything and everyone else - justice, friends, etc
