Okay, I seem to be mistaken... Apparently, "You must be..." and "You are..." have the same meaning o.o Does "You have a..." and "You are..." have the same meaning too?

"You must be delusional" is an attack on another person? Honestly, I don't see it that way at all. If I were to put it on a positive/ negative scale (zero being positive and 10 being negative), it has to be placed at a 6 max. There are many words I could have chosen from. Delusional is not an attack lol

If you feel that your fun is being spoiled, then that sounds like that is on you. Imagine that... Someone other than yourself else is controlling how you feel

First off, if you don't rate the drama 9/10 or higher, then just stop. No one asked you to be a hero so let them defend themselves.

I'll give you the benefit of doubt, that it wasn't for money, and they just needed to see "a different perspective on their webtoon"

Rude? I am not so sure about that. I said the person must be delusional, because I am convinced, after watching most of sweet home, that it was poorly done. I never said she is delusional, but let's not get technical.

Why do I feel disappointed in the writing only after watching the first episode? It has potential but it is a bit cheesy. The pacing is a bit slow but I think still enjoyable

Flashbacks in the first episode are annoying. They literally show the exact scenes a few minutes later

No one wants a copy and paste... Where did you get that from? The point is that the writing wasn't better than the original, so why did they change it?

And out of all those 800+ users, how many read the original? But that doesn't even matter when you try to compare this to well deserved 9/10 shows...

It won't be a copy and paste because they are the original authors. They should have reinforced what was good about sweet home.... Not cut the good parts and give highlights to what happened. Might as well write a different story at that point.

You can't really do that when the story has already been written properly. This honestly feels like fanfiction. Almost all the changes they've made were confusing and/ or convenient. They even took away what made the original so good

Just started that.. I dropped it at episode 6, the story is told much better in the webcomic

I only reached episode 6 but this seems to fall short in comparison to the webcomic. There was more tension, more character development, and more believability.

The adaptation has even less screen time for the main character. It seems like the show is just highlighting stuff that happened in the original, making this really disappointing

why do they make changes to make it worse???

It's like the director just skips all revelation moments -_-
And they even changed which girl do what (given character development)...

How did the leader know that there is a monster by the electric breaker? The spider monster. I don't understand why did the girl punch the leader thinking that he knew.... Was that in the webcomic?

maybe they should read the webcomic first right? I have a feeling that this adaptation will be better

I saw this somewhere before... Wait, I read the webcomic :O The story is pretty decent... Dam if I knew that Sweet Home was getting a live-action adaptation, I would have waited

I will say though... The cgi is a bit cheesy, or exaggerated like somebody threw up their nightmare. Reminds me of the cgi in the 1990's and early 2000's

Oh and don't watch the dub, it is so cringe

How time passes and the jumping between past and present makes the story a bit confusing. Also, skipping on explaining what's happening. The webcomic make things clearer

Why does it seem like the director cut out some important information? Also, a lot of the suspension is taken out

The directing is so weird. So much stuff is being skipped. Almost like this whole situation is a walk in the park

That's not spoiling. There will be people dying and people surviving. That's the nature of the games. I never said who the person is that will live/ die/ kill. Myself predicting who might die is not the same for you or the other person.

The synopsis has, and I quote, "must compete in dangerous games in order to survive".
