It seems like the leads are the same but Krystal is the only one that is not there, I feel sad because I adore her but in any case I gotta watch it because I love this plot way more
In the first two episodes I was thinking: why tf am I watching this? And then... I got to know that it was an interesting drama. It might seem superficial but actually is a critic to this system and even to a capitalism world, I may say that the city ground sounds like an anarchy dystopian world?
In any case I was way more interested into the second characters story lines, don't get me wrong I adored the main characters but in this drama you feel like everyone deserves a happy ending and that's why you end up adoring Chun and Paper's love story or Jenny and Kwan, they are all lovely.
I highly recommend this drama but please be patient with the first episodes.
Let's all be honest, this show is a mess and the story line doesn't make any sense. If you and I, if we are all watching this is just because of Ryu Shi Oh, that is the entire reason why I'm still watching this show.
Edit: literally, please make an entire season of Pavel vs Shi Oh and that would be so much better than this
Update: fellas, I'm on episode 25 and I love it. I'll tell you why:
Focusing on the main couple: I might be weird but their "relationship" was not real, they didn't even kiss and I love the ML with his mental age of 22 years old he is lovely. I don't care about the "memory loss" because I never felt drown to his character or their previous relationship and I think that's the reason why I'm enjoying this so far.
The side stories are a pluuuuuus!!! I love the uncle and I adore the little brother, their respectives storylines are so interesting for me.
it has been a while since I read a plot like this one, I need something that can cover the parts of my mind that don't want to think right now, so I'm gonna give it a try
This is a 2023 drama that tries to keep the classic elements that were popular in kdramas years ago. If you don't like then don't watch it, that's all. Keep in mind that there are already 4 episodes aired, in this moment you can know if this is your cup of tea or not.
I'm currently on episode 10 and I've to say that I adore this drama. I'm not down for long dramas but I think I'll be making an exception for this one. So if you are ready for slow drama give it a try.
In my opinion: - the storyline is good so far, there are many secrets and the characters are well written. -Writters reveal the secrets in good moments. -It has some classic parts of classic kdramas like the chaebol life style, the conservatorian korean society, the authoritarian grandmother/family, the marriage contract. But all of that in a good 2023 drama, in example: there is some feminism, the male lead is a green flag, the mother in law is lovely. -The main couple have nice chemistry and the second couples are cute too. -The grandmother and Se Jin are disgusting. -Joon Ha is a walking red flag. -The fact that they talk about marriage and abortions so openly in this kdrama is amazing for me.
Damn that poster of both leads....... Just wow. That dynamic chemistry appeal by just staring at each other is…
I love the leads but somehow I feel like she has more chemistry with Do Young the older guy, perhaps is because of how she seduced him with her intelligence
I literally cannot understand people saying that the FL was annoying or that the ending makes no sense. You must understand her background story, her copying mechanism and why she was living the way she was, for someone that was ****** the way she was, for sure she was doing her best. Going to therapy, going outside, eating well, taking a shower, she was trying to get better after all that bullshit she went through.
And, come on, two people with PTSD + other things... the ending was in someway the most efficient and healthy thing they could do for these two, it made sense and it was cute.
It is really enjoyable, second time watching it :)
And then... I got to know that it was an interesting drama. It might seem superficial but actually is a critic to this system and even to a capitalism world, I may say that the city ground sounds like an anarchy dystopian world?

So... all in all I'll keep watching it.
This drama is so freaking good!!! I almost dropped because I didn't like the first episode but I'm glad I decided to continue.
The male lead is amazing, the female lead becomes strong as time passes by and this is awesome!
But I really like the actress and I think this might be funny, not super deep and slight romance.
