it's vey ML centric but it started with an author who rewrites his character's novel wherein the ML from modern world dies and gets back to the past with a different body. the first half of the series was really cute as it deals with husband and wife relationship. the 2nd half moves on differently but still ok. go watch!

Love So Divine is the plotline you're describing which I think you'll like. I'm still in episode 7 in this drama but just like many shoujo dramas, a lot doesnt make sense but you just for the ride. it's like reading a wattpad novel
