good Sunday marathon for 10 episodes of shoujo drama! since nothing's on with kdramas and cdramas, please drop in your recommendations to watch after this
Sure! so finally the bandit leader was captured and was given to Master Qin for interrogation so bandit leader can spill who's behind this Lin'an scheme so the war to the North is delayed. Bandit leader finally spills that he attacked Lin'an bec. of Jing Empire wants to (the one that Master Qin wants to fight coz Jing Empire got the 6 territories).
BUT THEN King didn't want to pursue having the war to the North despite the fact that Jing Empire schemed and attacked the city thru the bandits. Master Qin keeps on urging and urging but falls on dead ears. Minister He (who is also secretly working for Jing Empire) proposed to have a treaty instead with the condition that Jing Empire takes Master Qin has hostage. King agreed and Master Qin is taken hostage.
BUT THEN Master Qin gave the GENERAL (was the name Donghe?) the edict of the previous Emperor that they can go all attack Jing Empire if King doesn't want to. So, General marches to war. Secret Investigation Department is so worried with their Master Qin coz he gonna die there as a hostage especially that the war is about to happen. Ning Yi steps in and convinces Wu King to go Jing Empire for a peace treaty. Emperor of the Jing Empire agreed with 2 conditions: crown prince to be taken as a hostage & for them to kill Master Qin.
Emperor of Jing killed Master Qin just for show so he can appease his soldiers. Master Qin is the want who wants to war and war with Jing Empire. But due to Ning Yi's scheming, he still kept Master Qin alive secretly so that the Secret Investigation Department would not plot more against him.
So after a year, everyone is still alive and we see the King of Jing talking to the crown prince of Wu who he had taken hostage. He tells the child to start calling him "Father". Then, we see that there's a new man behind him who told him that they can start to execute their plan. They introduced the character with flashbacks that he was the same man as the man who betrayed him in the modern world.
Then, we go back to the scriptwriter typing his script with "END" and then "SEASON 2".
Managed to get past thru IQ's unlock episode bonanza and finally finished this drama. I'm looking forward to Season 2! Hope they don't drop Tan'er. They didn't include her face in the last episode again.
Episode 31 right now and I got to say I'm still loving it! It became boring with episodes without Tan'er and it picked up right again when they found Tan'er.
things finally picked up when they're all looking for Tan'er. Still in episode 26 and now IQ has this unlock headache for me to watch the rest of the episodes.

Ok, I just read what he has done and those are just too traumatic for any kid. Why was he so misguided as a kid? And I hope he isn’t like this anymore as an adult coz that’s just one evil adult

i'm not yet in that episode but i don't think this tv series would explicitly do a "rape" more on molestation, i agree. what about in the novel though?
