Exactly! And that's why I struggle with how the writer of this show drew such clear connections to Asimov's laws! It was so shortsighted.

I completely understand that exact realism wasn't what the show was looking for. Rather, this was something fun for me to do which required that I think of the series in a completely different way.

Believe me, I love fantasy. I don't love inconsistency. It's a fine line, I know.

Yeah, NS3 brings up at one point that he's bad at pretending to be human-Shin because they're both individual people. I think it's less an issue of him not being smart enough, but rather that he is fiercely individualistic.

I almost always read reviews before watching a drama to determine whether or not it's worth my time. I also read them after I write my own because I'm always curious about what others thought of the drama I watched.

Oh, I definitely understand and agree with you! I wrote this article from the perspective of someone who regularly writes reviews and critiques, so what I have to say comes from someone whose hobby is to overanalyze and be critical. I am definitely in favor of watching dramas for enjoyment, and my views on what makes a good drama vary wildly from what other people think.

When I watched Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, I knew that, on a technical level, it was a trainwreck. Still, I ended up rating it a 9.5/10 for sheer enjoyment. Not every drama will be tightly scripted or exactly what I want, but that's the nature of the genre, and it doesn't deter me from enjoying a wide variety of shows.

I think when I talk about plot in a future entry into this series, I will definitely discuss laziness. It drives me insane. Are there any lazily written shows you can recommend for me to talk about in the future?

I agree! While I do promote having a critical eye, I also know that dramas, at the end of the day, are meant to be fun entertainment. Honestly, I've watched many dramas that were TECHNICALLY bad but that I enjoyed a ton. I really liked your fast food analogy.
