I have seen so many comments about the romance being boring but I love it so much. I love how it develops through the episodes and that it gives slice of life vibes between the action and all the grim things that are happening around them. They are each other's safe harbor and their scenes are so comforting. They deserve that peace and that quietness when they are together.

I so agree. Like ok you didn't like it just move on. I'm sure there are plenty other dramas for your taste and like you said coming here and complain about how others like it, like it's not that deep. People have different preferences and tastes

I can't believe that we have to remind people to be respectful and not offend actors. Like you can criticize the plot, the characters , you can like or dislike a drama but that doesn't give you the right to talk sh* about actors appearances. This page is for fun , you don't like a drama you move to something else. Don't ruin the good vibes

If I'm not mistaken in episode 8 which had the most Joseon scenes the King calls her Dansim of the Kang clan but you are right that we don't hear it very often especially from others. The most interesting part is that we have two scenes where Segye says the name Shin Seori instead of Dansim. The first was when he dreamed about his past life and woke up mattering her name (Seori) and then again in episode 12 at the end when she regains her memeories and says that she's not fake and that her name is and then the camera pans to Segye saying Seori. I think they purposely did that to show that she's in fact Seori.

Oh I'm not worry for a bad ending. I'm just saying we will probably have one last conflict

I don't want to panic you guys but people on social speculate that Segye will have an accident and that's why we see Seori saying that she will be pay the price, it's not about grandma. Also people bring up the first episode when Mr Son told Segye he should be careful of fire, water and women. In Joseon Lee Hyun probably died because of a fire. I'm just saying we should brace ourselves

Yep, Seori swapped when the accident with her parents happened, lived in Joseon as Kang Danshim then she drunk the poison and swapped back to the modern world and to her original body. She didn't time travel or ''stole'' another identity she just came back to where she belongs. The reason she didn't remember her own memories was due to the traumatic experience she had with her parents.

Yep, people on social and knetzs have been mentioning this since the first episodes. The details in this drama are so good!!

Seori had the accident with her parents and went to Joseon (Danshim went to the modern world hence why she lost her acting abilities and changed)
Seori grew up in Joseon, became a court lady , met Lee Hyun, they fell in love, she betrayed him and he went to exile.
Fast forward Seori as Kang Danshim becomes a royal concubine and she's forced to drink the poison but she doesn't really die instead she goes back to her original body and to her modern world where she meets Segye and believes that she time travelled.
Both Lee Hyun and Cha Segye met and fell in love with Seori not Danshim , this is Seori's story.
Now , why she didn't remember her own memories is likely due to the traumatic experience she had with the accident when she was a little. It's like a reverse reincarnation for Seori and pure reincarnation for Segye.
Seori doesn't have to go back because that's her real home. She just has to realise that her life was a loop.

That girl is down bad just as much as he is lol. She's crazy for him. Maybe she isn't so loud like Segye which is very understandable after what she's been through but she loves him so much.
