Οk new theory that also makes so much sense
Seori had the accident with her parents and went to Joseon (Danshim went to the modern world hence why she lost her acting abilities and changed)
Seori grew up in Joseon, became a court lady , met Lee Hyun, they fell in love, she betrayed him and he went to exile.
Fast forward Seori as Kang Danshim becomes a royal concubine and she's forced to drink the poison but she doesn't really die instead she goes back to her original body and to her modern world where she meets Segye and believes that she time travelled.
Both Lee Hyun and Cha Segye met and fell in love with Seori not Danshim , this is Seori's story.
Now , why she didn't remember her own memories is likely due to the traumatic experience she had with the accident when she was a little. It's like a reverse reincarnation for Seori and pure reincarnation for Segye.
Seori doesn't have to go back because that's her real home. She just has to realise that her life was a loop.

That girl is down bad just as much as he is lol. She's crazy for him. Maybe she isn't so loud like Segye which is very understandable after what she's been through but she loves him so much.

He is the main villain of course we would be reaching the turning point where Mundo believes that he got everything. He hit right at the weakness of Segye and he knows that. As for Segye he is smart but he's also a human with many flaws and fears. This is HIS turning point, he hit the bottom when he begged Mundo to just do anything to him and to the company but not harm Seori and her grandma. That doesn't make him stupid but a human being who has to deal with a lot of bad things and has to protect the people that he loves. This is what makes him different from Mundo and even his grandfather.

So guys what do we think about the diary of Grand Prince they mentioned? Is it possible that maybe it will somehow end up in Segye's hands?

Everybody reacting like the drama ended when we have to more episodes. I'm sorry but the last two episodes weren't bad as some has make it seem like. This isn't the usual and simple time travel , and we pretty much knew that. Maybe some wanted the typical soul swappin , I don't know. Personally I liked the last two episodes and kept in toes and even more so that we learned that shes the real Seori and I'm waiting eagerly for the last episodes.

I'm pretty confident that the writer will wrap up the story nicely. I get that some might found these two episodes slow or confusing but to me it felt more like to build up the remaining plot threads that should get resolved next week.

MDL ratings are a mess, always. You have people rate episodes that are not even out yet. I think it's ridiculous to rate a drama when it hasn't end yet but to each to their own i guess. In this case it could go up again when the last two episodes air next week.

Seori falling in love with both the past and present version of Cha Segye is so peak. Lim Ji Yeon owned this episode!!

Yes, I think it's not time travel at all just pure reincarnation. She's the real Shin Seori

For anyone confused that's what I got:
It's reincarnation with a suppressed memory due to traumatic experience (her accident with her parents). Seori is Dansim’s reincarnation in modern era. Seori and Dansim switched souls during the accident. Seori met the prince in Joseon era and both fell in love. After the poison, Seori went back to her OG timeline (modern day), where she belongs.

Our sweet Grand Prince really died in exile while Danshim was waiting for him and visiting his place hoping he will see him again, oh all the guilt and regret they had. That's why he reincarnated to Segye, he was given a a second chance to hapiness.

It was so interesting and dare I say refreshing to see Segye's reaction when she told him that she has to go back. In most fantasy kdramas when they tell the other one that they time travel, reincarnated or whatever they usually just accept it but mrn did something way different with Segye. He didn't believe her and he got angry, he even said to go see a doctor and that he won't let her go (true to his words from the previous episode) or maybe he doesn't want to believe her because if he does then he has to accept that she has to go. I don't know I kinda liked his reaction, it's very consistent to his character.

I knew it!! She's really Seori. She didn't time travel and she doesn't have to go back. Kang Danshim and Seori are the same person. She remembered all her memories from when she was a child with her grandmother.

Jihyo said that her personality completely changed after the accident hence I feel like when the first accident happened seo ri ended up in joseon while the second accident brought her back to the modern world so who we are seeing now is actually the original seo ri…?

So that explains why dansim was a natural in acting despite being new to it cause shes been THEE child actress shin seori all along, who got sent to the past when the accident happened. this whole time, the story was abt her finding her way back to the present
