My Marvellous Dream Is You had an asshole character who the narrative acknowledged was an asshole and she had character development and became a decent person. it was a little rushed at the end, but it was good. it was a bad adaptation of the source material but if you've never read it, it's fine.
Only You was soooo much worse. it was enjoyable for 3 episodes and then dragged on for 11 episodes.

you're talking about eyes on queer media - no one cares about queer media other than us, the queers. and yes, the characters in this gl are flawed, they're not perfect - why do we always have to have the Good, Never Did Anything Bad, Perfect, queer characters? why can't they be messy and flawed? this is a good gl show, and just because it has some aspects that you don't like doesn't mean it's not a good show.
as long as there are lesbians out there who are getting married to men, and having kids with men, either because they don't realise that they're lesbians or because they think that doing all of that is better for the world around them than them coming out as lesbians and living fulfilling lives with women, then these stories deserve to be told.
they could have given the class z girls some proper food that time, how are they supposed to do all these challenges while hungry? this season was ruined for me because of that.

Joo Young's character died somehow, I'm guessing the signed lines will give us more context as to how the guy was trying to lie about it - her shoes were in the salon and the guy was using her lighter, Joo Young's character WAS there quite recently, presumably to pick up her dog.
But Bing Bing's character does not commit suicide at the end - she has a new lease on life and she's finally FREE, the scene is just her celebrating that she's free not her committing suicide.
