i am from a third world country ( Jamaica) and people don't work without getting paid...
Jamaica is considered a third world country? I thought Jamaica made bank off of the tourists. But yeah. So, I wonder what is going on with these people working with out getting paid?
I'm agree with u, she's the selfish one. Really don't like her character.
I wasn't trying to pity you. I apologize if it came off wrong. I just felt like it was sad that you can relate so well considering your own life struggle. Fighting!
This is more interesting than I thought it would be. I wonder what the writer thinks of the RL k-pop scandal going on while the drama is trying to expose a similar type of scandal.
He is the reason I watched some of these dramas like I Need Romance 2. I adore him. Great article!!! There are some dramas on here that I should check out for sure.
Honestly, I wish I had respected my first intuition on episode one and dropped it. I can give you one reason not to watch it...they extended it and fucked it up royally. One of the main characters is never seen again and no one gives a shit, because they drew it out and he had a scheduling conflict and couldn't be in the show anymore. Stupid writer/director basically destroyed everything. The ending is horrible. Theydrew it out to the point where I could have cared less if they all died.
Plus, what part of this ended up being comedy besides the beginning? Unless you count the exaggerated acting.
Good article though and a lot of your points are valid. I just didn't feel everything that you felt. I guess it really is based on preference.
This is why extensions for dramas can ruin a drama. Choi Jin Hyuk Unable To Appear In Final Episodes Of “The Last Empress” Due To Schedule
Choi Jin Hyuk will not be appearing in the extended portion of SBS’s “The Last Empress” due to scheduling conflicts.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that “The Last Empress” would be extended to 52 episodes, four 30-minute episodes longer than its original 48. As a result, the finale will air next week on February 21.
February 15, a source from SBS said to My Daily, “Choi Jin Hyuk, who is playing the role of Wang Sik/Woo Bin, has finished filming all of his parts through episode 48. Due to his schedule, he will not be appearing in the episodes airing on February 20 and 21.”
The source added, “We sincerely thank Choi Jin Hyuk, who put his all into his character, and the remaining actors and staff will do their best. We ask for your continued love and support.”
Choi Jin Hyuk’s agency, G-Tree Creative, also made the announcement, saying, “Due to scheduling conflicts, Choi Jin Hyuk is not appearing in [‘The Last Empress’] after yesterday’s episodes. Because of a previously scheduled fan meeting in Taiwan, it was unavoidable that he wrap up filming.”
Is it me or is the beginning of episode 37 so annoying? I mean I just want to scream at this point. If it is that easy to mix up DNA in Korea, then they might as well stop doing it. Stupid drama. It doesn't work like that.
Who works with out getting paid? It isn't like South Korea is a 3rd world country.
