I feel the same. I don't see her as Mudeok, just my personal opinion. I somehow even get feelings like he is cheating (sorry), I love Jang Uk so much though.

Coz it's understandable, there is no need to force them. Even myself had the same problem watching ep 1, I mainly stay for Jang Uk.

Some parts of story is unclear to me, somehow they delivered it as supposed to be. Hope they could keep this quality. The new chemistry is great, but I don't see her as Mudeok. I feel like a new couple.

There are only two persons, which are Jin Bu Yeon and Naksu.
Jin Bu Yeon lived as the name "Mudeok" after she went missing from home. Naksu did AoS and entered Jin Bu Yeon/Mudeok's body. And she lived as maid girl Mudeok.

I don't expect comedic scenes now because all characters are on sad, broken, revengeful, or guilty mode, when most of characters were very happy in part 1, especially Jang Uk. It'll be out of character if Jang Uk try humorous things like him in part 1.

I think part 1 was puppy love. part 2 is adult/mature romance.. different kind of love for sure.
