The story got better in 30,000 years ago life and demon arc. It depends on how they wrap up in last 2 episodes.

2. There's quite annoying sml who messing things up. he got better but I can't stand him.
3. No breakup.
4. The final episode will air tonight. We will only know it then.

SML appears so much for no reason.

Good point. He did have a lover. Maybe they didn't end up together or were separated by death which led him being heartbroken and weak. It might be the reason why he set this rule of not loving someone for the future demon kings to be qualified for that power.

Since the beginning, it was told CK lost all his memories of 30k years ago, then his brother hid the truth from him. About 2ML, it's absurd based on how he said CK met CH for once before. It was not definitely for once, they were in love and almost married. I would say it made 2ML as an accomplice in hiding the truth and crimes.
