I also noticed it too. To the point of claiming that LSK is a fake person and that AHS only has his sights set on Sejeong, they are seriously delulu on another level. I can understand AHS being more open with Sejeong because they are only a year apart, whereas LSK is 5 years older.
I thought only kpop fans were delulu. It appears that drama fans are also delulu fans.

From the episode's preview for the upcoming week. There appears to be medical malpractice, which Dr. Cha Eunjae may have committed.
A misunderstanding between Dr. Cha Eunjae and Dr. Seo Woojin also seems to exist.

I had a feeling Dr. Cha would work with Master Kim and be nice to Dr. Seo after they saved his one and only daughter's life from an unfortunate event.
In my opinion, he's not as bad as Director Do Yoon-wan.
He reminds me of Dr. Park from Season 2 who was envious of Master Kim.

I read in one of the YouTube comments that this drama will have a second season because there have been many complaints about the main couple's screen time, and they now want to give us more romantic scenes with them in the next season.

If you're watching because of Lee Se Young, this is for you. Her scene with her mom was seriously funny. Keep in mind, her family is an antagonistic character, but viewers can't hate them because they are too funny.

Personally, other than the main lead story, everything is good. Even Ra Miran and her husband's scenes are fun to watch. 
Overall, it's a good light family drama to watch.

Then, you really need to watch "The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop".
LSY is the true scene stealer in this romcom drama. She gained a lot of love from Korean fans, even though she was just a secondary character.
She plays a rich girl who's chasing after a normal guy and tries her best to get approval from her mother and brother. 
LSY and her co-star even got a nickname from Korean fans. They are called the Ah Choo couple. They even win the 'Couple Award', beating the main couple in this drama.

What's up with our Sandeok couple? Both are paired up with their co-star's ex in their upcoming drama.  Lee Se Young with Lee Seunggi and now, Lee Junho with Yoona.

They both played in romantic comedies, and correct me if I'm wrong, all 4 of them have not acted in romantic comedies after having acted in serious dramas especially Lee seyong and Lee Seunggi. Can't wait to see their new drama.

I'm glad that you liked it. I started to watch this drama because of FL. She left me a deep impression in another historical drama called "The Crowned Clown." same as in this drama, which is based on a real historical figure. 
I bet you will cry your eyes out after you read King Jeongjo (YiSan) and Lady Seong Uibin (Dok Im) history and their love history as well. 
I still can't grasp how a low status person at that time could dare to reject the highest status, not once but twice.

Does anyone know where I can find BTS? It seems like all BTs with English subs have been removed from YouTube. 
Red sleeve BTs make it hard for me to move on, and it brings comfort and healing to me. 
I love watching Lee Se Young, Junho, and the director's laugh out loud. 
If Junho and Lee Se Young's chemistry on camera is already good, Their off-camera chemistry is ten times better than their on-camera chemistry.
Main couple already promised us that they would act together again in a romantic comedy.

I heard that after many years, MBC was finally able to get a high rating and got a 17% rating on this drama. I guess it is worth watching.

This drama does not focus on romance but I've enjoyed the slow burn romance between the main lead.
