Unexpectedly, this is so good. I almost skip this drama because of the boring poster and nothing that attract me in the trailers.
Like other commentators here mention before, FL is not a stupid and lazy girl who chases after ML. She is an introverted girl trying her best to get adjusted to a new school. With the help of ML and her friends, she started to get more confident in her life. ML of course a genius character but he is not a cocky guy who only talked to certain people. He easily gets approached by his classmate. Both ML and FL chemistries are so good The only thing that I don't like is how her mother treated her during his school life. Other than that, I'm loving it so much. Worth it
Done. So far. ALP is the best xianxia drama without any draggy plot or scene. Even TMOPB has some unnecessary scene that I feel like I will not get lost if I skip a few scenes.
And I really cried when Yuan qi called Shanggu 'mother' and when Yuan qi finally called Bai Jue 'father'.
If only they give us more scene for Bai Jue and Shanggu after their reunion. I feel like author can make another new novel for YuanQi since he is not a simple person. He had been abandoned by his parents. His master is Dong Hua and he might be the next god of chaos after Shanggu get bored with her job or who knows that she might be dead.

ML in love and redemption is one of the my favorite tragic hero in xianxia drama. His tragic life keep continuing in every episode and I really love his character.

Way more powerful than those immortal god. Must he married with that girl. If he were Qing Mu, for whatever reason, he will not marry other than his lover.
