Objectively, it's always Ji Chang Wook. He has the most perfect features. Features like small eyes are often frowned upon, and Ji Chang Wook is famous among every age group, every gender, and every country. That's what Eunwoo can never do and we don't know how they'll age. Example: Park Hyung Sik aged like milk, but people like Lee Dong Wook, Gong Yoo, and Ji Chang Wook will forever represent the K-drama industry. We can argue about Xiao Zhan and Lee Jong Suk surpassing Eunwoo and SK, but they're below the list because they're not in the news. A new successful drama and Lee Min Ho will climb 10 spots, don't take these lists seriously. Everybody got biases.

Song Kang and Eunwoo are at the top because of their popularity right now. But Lee Dong Wook and Park Hyung Sik made a fan base decades ago. That's why their fans will vote for them. People don't really vote for who's best-looking now, but for who had the best looks at their prime age. That's why Ji Chang Wook is up there, and if Eunwoo and Song Kang do a drama right now, they'll dethrone JCW in no time. But the list is not ONLY about looks, there are many other factors.

Lee Dong Wook has 20 years of legacy, and there's no downglow of Park Hyung Sik?? Eunwoo and Song Kang are great, but Ji Chang Wook appeals to a worldwide audience.

It depends on what show is airing and who's trending right now. People trend for different reasons, like new drama, movies, relationships, songs, upcoming projects, etc. That's why Song Kang is in the Top 3. If it were 2017, it'd be Gong Yoo and Lee Min Ho in the Top 3, and in 2020, it'd be Kim Soo Hyun and Lee Joon Gi.

It can be portrayed better, but it was a very loose film. I think my time was wasted because I don't think it's even memorable considering I watched it in 2020 and was hella disappointed.

Initial list had less actresses, some actresses were added later on like Song hye kyo, so eventually they have less votes, which makes the ranking unfair hence invalid.

Ha Ji Won at 100 proves this list is invalid. I never understood the obsession of IU, but she's clearly, only in appearance, not the most beautiful among all the others on the list.

Take stale bread and then sugarcoat it with cream, It will taste good, but later you will have food poisoning. That's what this drama is!
If you sugarcoat cheating and call it some secret romance, it won't fit well. But alas, not everyone has that much intelligence.
