middle of Ep. 15 and I have to STOP !!! .... it has a MAJOR FLAW !!!
Pin Anong is one of the WORST Characters I ever saw in a drama.... b/c it's a character that does NOT Make Sense at all !!! ....
I can forgive stupidity & naivety.... But her actions towards her husband Yai are RIDICULOUS .....
He adores and dotes on her...and... she loves him........ Yet ... she treats Everyone better than him ...and...she trust those she knows have betrayed her more than she trusts him....... Plus... although she is the one deceiving/mistreating him , and he still forgives everything.... she is now angry at him .... why ?!?!?
--->>> Well .... imo.... that is just IDIOTIC writing .... WEAK writing....b/c the writers could not come up w/ a more believable way to create conflict b/w the couple ....
It only gets worse ....it's to the point that it is too FRUSTRATING to enjoy the show ....
b/c it is behavior that does not make sense !!...the entire Story NO longer Makes Sense !
However ...I will miss Weir and his character Khun Yai very much <3<3<3 :((

Plot has a fresh/strange premise and very enjoyable !!! ... Lots of Fun & lovable characters and some Love-to-Hate ones .... BUT , towards the end .... Bua's actions were very illogical.... wish the writers would have come up w/ a better reason for that last conflict , b/c it is the only bad thing in an otherwise good & Funny story .... .....overall , this is well worth it !!
P.S. of course Ken is great as the calm persona of a diplomat and good chemistry w/ Janie , who is better than usual , here !

It was difficult to believe... but i think her love grew first out of sympathy , then b/c she saw how much he loved her , and later she had some admiration when he decided to shape up and take control.....and years of companionship.... so it grew slowly I believe .... and very different than the passionate love she had for Wang Yoo
Nyang sacrificed her love for Wang Yoo in pursuit of a NOBLE goal... and Wang Yoo understood and did the same .... they did it for the protection of Goreo..... they dedicated their lives to something greater than their selves and were not selfishly seeking only pleasure!
I believe, That is what makes their love and this story so Wonderful !

Yes...Love triangle is perfect description... But the story is about her life... a lot more than just romance .....
She was good friends w/ both when they thought she was a guy...
they both loved her w/ unbelievable dedication and passion from the beginning ...
by the end she loved both .... NO betrayal tho... there is a reason why she was w/ the one she loves then she was forced to leave than ended up loving her husband.

the emperor was in love w/ her all along .... defied everyone .... moved heaven and earth...just to make her his empress... he never even glanced at any of his concubines .... and he waited until she was willing to be w/ him.... (except , he was forced to marry his enemy's daughter and forced to consummate or all hell will break loose)...
The love letters were forged by his enemies in order to drive a wedge b/w him & Nyang ... he kept quiet b/c he loved her... but it drove him to drink & suspicion ... yet he still loved & defended her...
At this point he became an alcoholic and grew drunk w/ power as he tasted it the 1st time after being a weakling... he became suspicious of everyone (esp. believing Nyang betrayed him) ... and became a tyrant.... I think it was perfect Character Development !!!

I started a 3rd popular lakorn... but the bad acting is putting me off.... reminds me of some Taiwanese over-acting rom-coms....I hope Full House isn't that style .
I hate intruding on actors' personal lives.... especially before an investigation is finished and all the facts…

and...besides the Psych problems, --->>" LACK of MORAL Value" & "WEAKness in Character" .... ...... plus...Rarely a one-time event !!!

She took a weak , meek , obedient , doormat , dumb "post-it" girl .....and.... created a soft-spoken , super-nice , sensible & sensitive smart woman ...
She gave the character DIGNITY !!! .... any other actress would have made "post-it" girl pathetic (probably pouting , over-crying, and cowering needlessly)..... Bravo Jang Na-Ra!

BUT.... it is WORTH Continuing , imo .... the character development is Very Worthwhile ! .... and the story does not go too far off the track ...

I found the character Kawee very interesting ! .... He is very cruel at first.... a self-centered, arrogant and jealous child doing bad things to get attention !.... But , I understood his motivation and what created him ... (I do NOT condone his behavior !!! )
Ken's performance made Kawee Vulnerable and let me Sympathize w/ him ......
--->>> He gave the sense that.... Pain and Anger rather than Self-Entitlement .... are at the root Kawee's bad behavior.
Also, Kawee was so intrigued by Narin and attracted to her from the start ....BUT.... he was Not Conscious of it --->>> b/c Hate , Anger , Revenge are the Only feelings he is Familiar w/ ....the Only feelings he is Comfortable w/ ....
When he started feeling love and sympathy for Narin, against his will , his emotions were conflicted b/w Love/Hate/Revenge .... This confusion , I believe, made him even more Enraged , and led him to lash out at her more!
Later, he was even more angry, and lashing out, b/c she was rejecting HIM (who is she to reject a Prince!?!? ..lol) ... and most importantly, --->> b/c he KNEW she cared for him, yet she continued to reject him, and often in public!
