🪃 A Boomerang Tied to the Red Thread of Fate 🧶Sometimes, life really does feel like throwing a boomerang.…
Well done with the boomerang example. I also think it's fair if she decides to not choose Changxuan but I rather her be honest with herself and let go of her other insecurities & truly find happiness from her own choices.
- Yu Changxuan was on the verge of tears when his Dad was backing him up. 😭😭 He eventually even had a faint smile. That was such a healing moment for Changxuan. I could just give him a hug. 🫂 - We finally got a mature conversation between Ye Pingjun and Yu Changxuan. It's probably the best conversation they've had yet. YCX held himself accountable for his past actions. He realized his mistake in trying to be a controlling person. On top of that, he didn't intend to tell her his feelings to pressure her but just to clear the air. Thank goodness. I know he was definitely sadden but owning up to your own faults to yourself is a hard thing to do. - And as frustrating as it may be to watch Ye Pingjung give mix signals, I think it's still fair that she responds with not knowing how to answer him. She's definitely softened up but their past left some deep scars and something else (maybe status?) must be holding her back but idk what it is. Ultimately, the ball is in her court. He's the one who messed up so it all depends on Pingjun and whether she wants to give it a shot. That's the way I see it.
Hahaha, he took down an entire army with that tiny little gun! 😂🤣
LMAO. The whole time I kept thinking "This man really out here with a little revolver and yet everyone else is taking the bullets and not making it back home. "
Looking at the big picture, she was strung along by YCX too so her feelings are valid. He gave her empty promises…
Oh yeah, for sure. Her shock is what I meant as its valid for her. He announced an arranged marriage in the news with her and everything so she definitely thought she won the upper hand and now that it's crashing down her crashing out makes sense to me. But yeah at the end of the day, she saw it coming and still wanted to deny it so it's on her.

Fair point. I just think because he strung her along it made her big headed and gave her hope of becoming a women of power so her being delusional and just hanging onto any scraps makes sense to me. Idc for her either I just understand why she would start being raged from his rejection.
Changxuan: "I use to think I was omnipotent and could control everything. But when I actually went out to the battlefield, I realized how little was actually within my control. "
Zhongfang: " People who just came back from the battlefield mostly have a murderous look in their eyes but in your eyes, 5th Yu Master, I see compassion."
The realization I was waiting to see from Yu Changxuan! 👏 And Zhongfang topping it off with his statement made it more sentimental. Idk if it was just me but I can feel Changxuan's aura changed to o just as they entered into the city. That year really took a toll on him but it shaped him up. I hope he can continue to see the bigger picture.
JXT: Pingjun, I don't love her. I was just using her for my own personal gains. The one I truly love is you. 🤦♀️
Yeah like that's any better buddy. Smh. What a way to prove to your fiancee by letting her know that you used an innocent girl for your own selfish gains.
Idk if anyone has brought this up but I've thinking about Ye Pingjun's status lately. Lan Qing talks about not being educated and getting the chance to learn albeit the director saying women have more rights than before and she can still do it. Which made me think about Pingjun bc her and her mom seemed to be struggling but how can they still afford her to go to school? Especially in a school that seems like for the upper class kids like Ziyi? I know that pendant might be a part of this reasoning but I was making sure I didn't miss a detail.
Yess!🎯 I actually brought up this same point earlier!😉 It's not about excusing Changxuan's actions or expecting…
Ahhh I must've missed it with so many comments 😅 Exactly. I definitely think she's not that mean to be ungrateful for his help but She can acknowledge his kindness and still keep her boundaries from him.
