Cheng Lei update his Weibo with the happy ending version of the lament of autumn where everyone is “alive”…
"I'm going to check if the maple leaves have turned red, then I'll be right back." 😭😭 brb gonna go cry over fictional characters once again. Thank you so much for sharing the farewell letters and this alternate version Ti02! This version hits deep. Especially since its a world where they all are alive, including Mingxuan. 🥹
I'm a little late to the game but if anyone is interested, I finally built the courage to write a review. It was hard reflecting on the show. I did enjoy it but it really took a lot out of me. I couldn't be more proud of Cheng Lei for taking on the role of Yu Changxuan. It might be one of my favorite roles he's played! I appreciated seeing a different side to Leizi's acting and hope to continue seeing his acting range exapnd. Same goes to our girly, Xixi. I've only seen her in "The Best Thing" but may she continue to flourish! This girl can bring insane chemistry with her costars. YCX and YPJ were not easy roles to play, but they both did an amazing job immersing into character. Otherwise, I wouldn't be this deeply affected. Thank you, Leizi and Xixi! Until next time. 💖 https://kisskh.at/profile/rambler26/review/621944
Episode 39Papa Yu strikes once again! This man is so terrified of losing his status that he’s stuck defending…
I'm no military person but Papa Yu was so worried of losing his army he worked hard to create but honestly, what would all that matter if you fall into enemy hands? *sigh* thanks for the contrast!
Before saying goodbye, I just want to thank everyone for making this group such a fun place to be! Thank you for…
You were such a delight to chat with! Thanks for all the fun chats & sticking it through together bc this was not an easy feat. I can't wait to read your review! Hope to see you around.
Papa Yu: Changxuan, remember, you've always been my pride and joy! 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔 the writers will never let us rest.
I'm officially done! And I'm at a lost for words. I'm numb to the whole thing. I can't think straight. This drama has taken such a mental toll on me. Trying to dissect everything between YPJ and YCX while knowing that none of it is black and white made for a crazy journey. It's bittersweet to know that it was never meant to be for us viewers to be able to fully pick sides. But through it, we got to learn and see things through many different lenses.
A LETTER TO MY FELLOW LAMENTERSMORE THAN A STORY, MORE THAN A FANDOMSome stories come and go, leaving little more…
My favorite thing when watching a drama is being able to share commentaries with others and go on a high to hype each other up. And the group of Lamenters have been the best. We argued, we laughed, we cried, we agreed to disagreed but at the end of the day we were all enjoying the ride & supportive. Thank you to you & every other Lamenter in here I've come across.
I was saying this earlier! We needed to have a watch party together that way we can rant together easily. lol
She's a stubborn one for sure and she has to learn the hard way. I mean look at how easily jealous she felt when the childhood friend of Changxuan showed up. If she keeps it up, he may actually not always be around for her to be wishy washy about.
