Too bad the drama is being aired by Youku. That means we have to wait a lot to see it on other platforms. Youku has this stupid policy of airing the drama solely on their platform in the begining. I remember in the case of Word of honor was the same. I had to wait a lot after the drama has finished airing to watch it on Viki.

Journey of Flower has a good script. Even if it's different from the book, the script has logic and doesn't bore people to death. Now it would be difficult to watch again the drama, because the CGI are poorly done compared to today's standards. But, if you consider only the script, the level of it surpasses a lot of recent dramas. Too bad they don't make dramas like Journey of Flower anymore.

Does anyone know if the script was written by multiple writers? It gives me the impression initially someone wrote the whole script (I saw it's the same wroter who wrote Ashes of Love) and then someone added unnecesary scenes.

I feel there are parts in the drama which have a totally different style, especially during the mortal realm arc. The drama started with a mature and solid script, then went downhill around the middle, only to come back towards the end with the same smart and logical script.

Dunno what to say. Does someone else feels this way also?

you can see the scriptwriter of this drama is the same one of Hua Qiangu. If you liked that drama, you will like this one for sure. Just finished ep 14 and if the drama continues like this, it will be the xianxia with the best script till now.

I have just started the drama and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I don't know why the people were so mean in the beginning. The cast is perfect, GCI amazing, story interesting. I am only at ep 3, and if the drama continues like this, it will be one of my favorite dramas ever.

who wrote this drama? it feels like it was written by a teenager. Thanks God for the second couple and the GCI. Overall, it's not a terrible drama, but the script it's terrible (at least till ep. 7)

I am studying Chinese and let me tell you, this book is very difficult to translate. I tried reading it in Chinese and translating it in my own language, but I gave up.The vocabulary is too advanced. For all the fans of the book, on Aliexpress you can order the novel in Chinese and other products related to 2HA, like photocards etc. I ordered the novel and an artbook, with drawings of Moran and Wanning. Can't wait to have the novel in my library :)

yes, I think it would take at least 6 months, maybe even 1 year. you could start reading it and then, after Suika finishes translating it, you could reread the MTL chapters.

I get your feeling. To wait requires a lot of patience, which is extremely difficult in the case of this book. But I think it's worth it. I haven't read such a well written book in a long time. Kudos to Meatbun. She is a genius.
