I liked the 16 episodes so much that if the drama ends tomorrow I wouldn't be disappointed. I've reached a point where I'm happy with anything as far as this drama is concerned. I have become a fan of this drama, there is nothing I would change.
It was good. It focused not only on the love life of the characters, but also on how the characters evolve little by little showing how a small factor had a big impact on them.
I'll be honest, I found it a bit boring lol I really liked the photography in general, I think it's some of the best I've seen, it's actually very well set but it was a bit draggy and I really like this director and I wanted to watch it because it was one of his most recent films, but anyway. I'm not saying it's bad either, but maybe it wasn't my cup of tea
I highlight the photography, the choreographies, the performances and the music The plot is a bit boring
I find the hostel interesting...I think the whole point of it was to exaggerate in order to see things more clearly.…
I do understand you, I think about it and it is disturbing.
Flower of evil I haven't seen either, but I've never seen a bad comment about that drama. It must be really good. Psychopath Diary I've only seen a couple of episodes and the mix of humour with that dark tone is great. Have you seen the movie forgotten? I saw it the other day and thought it was great, in case you haven't seen it, and since you seem to like the psychological stuff you might enjoy it. It's not disturbing haha
I was just like you, here I was happy because this was talking about the Italian mafia and I was like oh yeah and when I saw the comedy genre I was a bit like what?
I find the hostel interesting...I think the whole point of it was to exaggerate in order to see things more clearly.…
I agree. It's not an easy drama in that sense because sometimes there were things that were a bit disturbing. It doesn't bother me but other people might find it disturbing. Yes, the development of how he brainwashes him and how he gradually gets closer to madness is very well developed. Oh yes, the girlfriend and his friend didn't support him at all and that also affected him. Although it left me thinking one thing, the co-worker who always treated him badly, he always said that he had a mask and that he put on a good face for everyone but deep down he was a bad person. So it makes me think, maybe he was already crazy and cheated on us, and meeting those people helped him to be who he was? It's another perspective. Well I'm sorry to tell you all this, it's just that I love this drama and I like to discuss that kind of stuff. I also wish they had focused more on the characters you say, for example the dentist we hardly knew anything about. The scenes with the pervert were the ones I liked the least, I really disliked that character. I haven't seen Hello Monster, is it ok? I have it on my ptw but I've always delayed watching it for x reasons.
Ah, here I discovered my dear Kim Dong Hee. In my opinion this is a great web drama, it's been a long time since I've watched it, but at the time I really enjoyed the production and the characters. Plus I'm still obsessed with the OST xD
I really didn't like strangers from hell. It was over the top. The 'hostel' was over the top... everything always…
I find the hostel interesting... I think the whole point of it was to exaggerate in order to see things more clearly. I speak from my point of view and opinion, I think the aim was to open a debate about whether a person is bad because they are, or because the people and the environment around them make them that way. So in the hostel we find bad people like a pervert, a cannibal woman, a guy who enjoys killing animals, a dentist who washes his brain and in the end is the most disturbing of all ... It's a disturbing environment as you said, to live surrounded by those people ... So I think the aim was that. We see that the main character has hallucinations from time to time, hitting someone, so it's as if he already has some mental problem but he hasn't developed it yet, so if he hadn't gone to live in the hostel would things have been different? We don't know...
The whole point of the show is too show the dark side of the world and people...... shame for you that you don’t…
Oh I hadn't thought of that. I see it more as a debate about whether someone is evil for its own sake or is made evil by the environment in which they live. I don't see anything wrong with that either, on the contrary, I find it interesting.
I personally don’t compare Japanese dramas to Korean and American dramas/movies. I watch Jdramas for their well-written,…
I agree. I didn't watch a lot of Japanese dramas, but since I started watching films I also got more into the world of dramas, and I found more variety than I usually find when it comes to Chinese or Korean dramas, and they often have plots that interest me. I can't help but make comparisons because I'm used to Korean dramas and in general their productions are great. Although I've noticed that the Japanese ones have improved a lot.
I'm going to keep watching this drama because I like the plot and the performances.
And to think that I started watching this drama because the previous cover with Zi Yi on it caught my attention and because she was the FL and she is my favourite Chinese actress.... Sounds shallow, I know However I've stayed watching it because it's one of the best dramas I'm watching and I'm in love with absolutely everything about it. And let's not talk about Xiao Qi who I didn't like at first and now I despair every time I don't see him on screen. My God, I'm glad I was so shallow at the time because this is great.
This drama probably doesn't have the same budget as the two you mentioned. Based on what they can work with, they're…
Yes, I'm not saying they haven't done their best. It's just that I found it a big contrast, but the truth is that so far I'm enjoying it. Even if the zombies don't scare me or aren't my cup of tea.

if you like this kind of movies i recommend it.

But I found episode 1 interesting
