I recommend watching The Justice with Steven Zhang and Elvira Cai. I usually don’t watch Republic dramas but I have found every episode of it interesting so I’d personally say that’s a much better drama in terms of plot/acting and overall than this.

She could play the younger Anastasia and Kosem instead of having to recast like they did in Magnificent century because she is ageless lol. For Ahmed I would cast Deng Lun or Yang Yang because he needs to be boyish and masculine at once and he needs to have a vulnerability that he shows Anastasia. Also Kira Shi would make an amazing Safiye Sultana
