I believe it’s adapted from a Chinese novel but will not have censorship because it’ coproduced by Thailand…
I was confused when I saw this in Viki, I was wondering , how it slipped past Winnie. Your comment makes sense. Now that I see that the actors are from mainland China, I hope this doesn’t damage their social credit score.
MDL adds age gap tag whenever the FL is older , look carefully even if the Ml is older than 6 years in dramas…
It is users who add and vote on tags like “age-gap”, “strong female lead”, or “crazy male lead”, etc. Users with sufficient points can edits pages, vote on tags, etc.
I really don't understand why MDL won't add GagaOOLala to the "Where to Watch" list.
They wouldn’t let you add Viu, which is a major Asian streaming service. So, coming back to that homophobia argument, MDL lets us to add series of various genres (including LGBTQ) to the site, so I wouldn’t just jump to that conclusion with just one data point.
P.S. MDL calls themselves “a platform for Asian drama and movies”, yet doesn’t allow us to add Cambodian, Vietnamese, Burmese, Indian, Sri Lankan, or Pakistani dramas. So, should one consider them racist? 🤔
he said in interviews he intentionally toned his acting down to let the younger actors shine.
I am not an actor, but How does one tone down acting? Do they just finish the scene quickly without many takes or do they not emotionally prepare for a heavy scene? Can any acting majors advise?
Why don't they ever do this type of story with an older female soul in a teenage girl's body? A woman in her 30s…
Nice suggestion. I was thinking something like Do BongSon (Strong Woman) or Hae In (Queen of Tears) entering either an elderly woman or a younger woman.
Btw, Have you checked Alchemy of Souls? NakSu’s soul enters a blind girl and turns her into badass MuDeok.
Also, have you checked “Branding in Seongsu”? Here, the soul swap is between an older female boss and a younger male intern.
Edit: I saw on your that you already finished Alchemy of Souls. Look at me suggesting that again. 😬
So Lloyd is from South Korea and meets a North Korean special forces soldier at a DMZ concert. Then he joins the SK military and is deployed in a unit led by a NK officer? Is this set in a world where both Koreas unite?
1. Most users come for Kdramas
2. Most moderators are Korean
